Smells very fishy when you enter the restaurant which can be a bit off-putting. But what you really need to be mindful of is if they offer you soup or salad with your entree they will charge you an additional amount, without letting you know it's not included in the price! I mentioned it to the bartender and she said "it says it in the menu," Since I looked at the menu online I never saw it. Food was good overall, just a bad experience because of the bartender.

Last week we celebrated my daughter’s 40th birthday at Remlicks. It was such a lovely evening. They made her feel special from the minute we arrived. The service, food and atmosphere were perfect. We can’t stop talking about it and are looking forward to going again soon.

Held a business group dinner and everyone enjoyed the environment. The wine and food was excellent accompanied by our waitress Rachel who did an excellent job!

Great place! It's very dark and romantic, but quite loud on a busy Saturday. Making a reservation was easy online. Our table was ready when we arrived and we were promptly greeted by our server. She took excellent care of us. The food was quite good. They have a large menu of food and drinks to choose from. The only two bits of constructive criticism would be first, find more parking for guests. We had to circle the area a few times before finally licking out and finding a spot. Also, $19 for four small fried oysters is a little steep. They were very tasty though!

My gf an I dined here yesterday an we were disapointed in our experience. For an ap we got half dozen oysters on the half shell, the taste was good but they were very small oysters for the price. I ordered the Filet Mignon cooked medium, it was rare to barely medium rare at best, the inside was very red and bleeding. $44 for a steak at an "up scale" restaurant I expect it to be cooked properly. My gf ordered the Chilean Sea Bass which was very good except it comes with a side of Potato Gratin which is supposed to be thinly sliced potaoes in cream butter and cheese with a hint of thyme. Hers was mashed potatos with bacon chunks that was baked. She doesn't eat meat so that was very upsetting to her that she couldn't eat her side. Nowhere on the menu did it say it was cooked with bacon in it. Again an "up scale" restaurant should know the proper way the food on their menu is supposed to be prepared. When it came time to pay, I had a $10 off coupon which is really nothing on a $140 bill but when I tried to use it the waitress had to get the manager to verify it which is fine except for the manager came over and studied the coupon really hard while questioning us about the authentication an if the coupon was even for Remlik's, even though the name of the restaurant was right at the top. That experience made us feel really uncomfortable as if we were trying to pull a fast one with like a 50% coupon I made myself at home or something ridiculous.

Tonight was my first time experiencing (FINALLY ) this restaurant. We were celebrating my Birthday! We sat at the bar, Bartender was very nice- sorry cannot remember her name- curly hair! Super sweet and attentive! Drinks were great! Food was not cooked properly and of the temps we did not choose. Lack of flavor. I would go into detail but that’s pretty lengthy. Over all not impressed. Is this Binghamton’s Fine Dining Food?
Attentive and personable server well-versed in “It’s my pleasure .” Busy bar area with the regulars. Drinks enjoyable! Good food but not exceptional. Al la vodka sauce thinner than we prefer. Salad plentiful and soup tasty. Skimpy with shrimp for entree.We will explore other menu options at future visits.

5 star experience!! Well done Remliks!Our experience began with a warm welcome at the door, a short wait for our reserved table and we were quickly greeted by our server who was attentive throughout our dining experience. She even made a great menu recommendation which I appreciated because I was going between two specific entrées.Needless to say, the Pork Chop was amazing, tender, juicy and wasn't over powered by the milanase. The cold water lobster tail was a nice add on but I do think a little over priced; 37$ is a bit much, even for fine dining. Unless you are in a major city, which we are not. That said just a little honest feedback Remliks, not enough to not return.I also would highly recommend the Buffalo Calamari!!And a big thank you for the Birthday Desert!! ?Plan to drop some coin, it is not cheap but you will enjoy your dining experience!Kid-friendliness: Not some place I would bring children. Not that you couldn't but I would not.
