It is SO incredibly loud inside. Between the screaming blender and music- it's impossible to hear the workers and the people with me. It's basically an echo chamber bc there's nothing to soften the sound on the walls. It's even worse when there are other people inside, and it's usually busy. It's so hard to have a conversation or enjoy my ice cream. It actually hurts my ears.
The ice cream is pretty standard, but I really like the milkshakes. Their pricing isn't horrible and I love how convenient their location is. I would give them a 4th star if their indoor seating wasn't deafening. Hopefully, this changes soon and I can update my rating.

Showed up 35 minutes before posted closing time and it was closed. Very disappointing, if you aren’t going to be open you should change your posted hours.

My son and I went to try this place for the first time on Tuesday, 8/27/24. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. and the 3 girls working said they were closed because there were orders they need to make. I said that the website says the establishment is supposed to be open until 9:00. She said very rudely, well we are closed. They proceeded to turn away several other customers after us. I love trying new ice cream places in the area and you could have possibly made some new regular customers, but now it is likely I will not return and will share my experience with others. If I were the owner of this shop, I would have a talk with your workers to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

I really do enjoy this place but we came to get ice cream at 8:45pm and they had already put the closed sign up. I understand this for restaurants closing kitchens and other establishments but ice cream shops should not post a closing time and then close 15 minutes possibly more before the actual time. The staff was rude and for a business that already closed early I did not enjoy this part of the establishment.

Update your hours. We’re here from out of town and walked a good distance from our hotel, only to find your store closed at 6pm. Both Google and Yelp said you were open until 10pm. Very disappointed.
