The Spiedie & Rib Pit

I was told that if I was within 50 mi of this place that I should stop for their special chicken and boy were people right!

I got a regular chicken Spiedie.

Simply put, it had great flavor, it was at a great price, and I got great customer service.

What more do you want in a restaurant?

I purchased raw chicken speidies and they were extremely salty!! I have been eating these speidies for 25 plus years and they never used to be this salty!!! I had family at my house who were unable to eat them because of the amount of salt in them!!!! I will not be purchasing them from Speidie and Rib Pit again!!!!

Awesome food, service and eat-in area. We had a chicken and pork traditional Spiedie which were both excellent. We decided to try the brussel sprouts which were amazingly excellent, the best we ever had. The eat-in area was extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I was in there on October 20th orderd a small salad with chicken came out with no chicken and a whole onion and about 4 pieces of lettuce if this is the new speedie and rib pit I will no longer dine here. Very disappointed!!!

My husband and I were driving to Queens, New York and decided to make stop. As we got off the highway to get lunch, we saw smoke coming out of a restaurant and it was Spiedie. We decided to get lunch and try out a new spot. The line was fairly long but it didn't discourage us. We spoke to a person in line who was raving about the food and we were excited to try it. We bought a Spiedie and a cheese steak and they did not disappoint. The food was seasoned to perfection and was absolutely amazing. I was completely shocked with how good it was. On our way back to Toronto we made sure we stopped at Spiedie for lunch/dinner and this time we purchased a cheese steak, the chicken spiedie caprese, and the rib eye. Once again they did not disappoint, it was absolutely delicious. Can't wait for our next trip.

At a recommendation of a nearby gas station, I stopped in for a chicken SPIEDISSIMO. Wow what a fantastic sandwich

Get the Ribeye sandwich, ignore the spiedies. That is, unless you LIKE dry, vinegar-flavored chicken, but why would you?
