Station 45 American Chop House

Staff, Service and Ambiance are top of the line! We had a retirement dinner in the private room. Samantha was on it and we didn’t want for a thing. The staff’s team approach is amazing here. Food is incredible in taste and presentation! A class operation across the board! 🤗👏🎉

A disappointing experience overall. Turned away despite having a reservation, guests had traveled 400 miles that day. I hope that a corrective action was implemented to read back names and phone numbers to customers, so that accurate contact info can be used to correct restaurant errors. To compound this, I received a confusing and emotional response to my initial review of this situation. To the owner, you do not know me, we've never met, I have no idea who you are and have no interest in finding out. There are several individuals with my name listed in Binghamton, and 2 unlisted. Very disappointing. Instead, please focus on improvement based on learning from this incident. I'm well aware that apologies were made and that's a fine thing but not really the extra mile IMO. A simple gesture of a $50 gift certificate would have done two things, a) shown more tangible concern with keeping potential customers, and b) shown more serious concern with leaving a group stranded for the evening with no options for dining (it ended up being takeout and not very good) so a permanent loss of customers and extreme disappointment. I think the response to the situation could have been better, and we would all be back on track. Is the restaurant good, it might be, but I'll never know.

Pretty space… mediocre food.. onion soup had no taste… burger was difficult to chew.. I ate only two bites..fries were average.
We won’t be back!

The food was great, the service was great, but the desert was terrible at best. I took a $14 piece for 5 layer chocolate cake home for later. When I got home I opened it up and it was the smallest piece of cake I've ever seen especially for $14! I took a bite and it was dry and wasn't very good at all. I ended up throwing it away, very disappointed, wouldn't recommend that desert ever!

What a great place! Food was delicious, but Jill’s mixology skills and conversation made everything beyond amazing. Lobster bisque was one of the best I’ve ever had. I only wish I had discovered this gem of a place sooner during my trip to Binghamton. Fortunately, I will be back! Highly recommend!

Extremely busy last Saturday night, sat at the bar. Service was a bit slow but not bad considering. Ordered Steak Tartar -portion was generous and delicious. My wife ordered the porkchop. She did not realize it must have weighed two pounds, also was excellent. Will be back next year upon return to NY.

Excellent food and service!

Finally a classic steak house in Bing. Excellent wedge salad, and the scallops were done perfectly. Of course I had a Manhattan.

Our server was a little green but she was fine with timing and food. She just needed to speak up a little because it's a loud place.

I'd come back with out of town friends I wanted to hade a nice dinner with.
