By far the best customer service that I've had in a fast food restaurant in years. Friendly, efficient, courteous, and hilarious. I will be in back just to continue dealing with the staff.

I've come here a few times, no major complaints until today. I ordered 2 sandwiches online, about 4 hrs in advance. I assumed they would wait 3.75 hrs and then make the sandwiches, but I'm not sure that happened. My steak and cheese deluxe was about the thickness of a hotdog bun. It was a crazy narrow thing, especially compared the normal sized rotisserie chicken I had. They both tasted fine. BUT I'm thinking maybe the sandwich artists were actually forward thinking. I put half the steak with half the chicken in the chicken wrapper, and started to carry it to the table. The chicken wrapper was so wet and weak(from sitting there for hours??), it tore apart and the steak half fell on the floor. But that little tube of meat was squeezed so tight, it just rolled away and nothing fell out. So I guess there is one benefit to having a compact little sandwich. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Weighing this experience with previous, overall they're a 3 star.

Service but on vestal ave was great made a good sub best by far east side sucks the one that use to be on Conklin ave sucked to .vestal ave is where ill go when I want a sub.?
