Went for a sub. Waited about 10 minutes. Ordered my sub and they were out of meatballs. So gee had to have a cold sub instead. Not real happy.

Worst service, guy was not happy when people should up an hour before 10 PM, the closing time, kept on making online orders, finally when he was ready to take order, told me there’s another order wait 10 min. He clearly doesn’t want to work there. I left after that.

Stopped in here for quick bite. This place is way understaffed. As I stood in line, there were so many people picking up takeout. There were so many people picking up takeout. And were there to return their orders because they were incorrect. It was midweek midday. This place definitely needs some assistance

Quality and service have gone way down over the years. The coupons they mail to you don't apply to most subs. You think you are getting a deal, but there is no deal. You have to read the fine print closely. It is not worth your time. With the amount they charge, it is smarter to go to Jersey Mike's. Same price, and Mike's has much better quality. It's worth ordering Mike's on Door Dash or going there rather than going to Subway. The service at this particular location is also very poor. No one smiles, and very unfriendly. Also, a big thing that I don't like is that Subway was always transparent. Not at this one. They cover up your view when making your subs with a lid, so you don't see what they are doing to your sub. I find that very untrustworthy. Also, if you gave a five star review of this place, either you have no taste in food or you're paid to give a good review. I have more colorful language for you, but I decided to be appropriate since this was online. If you would like my honest answer, I would love to share.

We tried to do our order online on the Subway website but it kept freezing, no matter which browser we tried, so we were forced to go to the Main St. Subway location to order. We gave them our order but they said we couldn't do the 'buy one, get one 50% off' order since that was only honored if we ordered online. Then when we tried to use our gift card, they said they couldn't take it since the bar on it apparently had gotten a little wavy due to moisture (it came that way to us-it was a gift to us). Although all the numbers & the pin on it were very readable as was the barcode, they wouldn't take it. The staff tried to contact the manager but had no luck getting help for us. The food was fine but the rest was very frustrating and it took us more than an hour while we were at subway before we got through the whole process. When I tried again today to order online, I got further on the Subway website, but it always hung up part way through my order so I couldn't complete it.
