We tried to do our order online on the Subway website but it kept freezing, no matter which browser we tried, so we were forced to go to the Main St. Subway location to order. We gave them our order but they said we couldn't do the 'buy one, get one 50% off' order since that was only honored if we ordered online. Then when we tried to use our gift card, they said they couldn't take it since the bar on it apparently had gotten a little wavy due to moisture (it came that way to us-it was a gift to us). Although all the numbers & the pin on it were very readable as was the barcode, they wouldn't take it. The staff tried to contact the manager but had no luck getting help for us. The food was fine but the rest was very frustrating and it took us more than an hour while we were at subway before we got through the whole process. When I tried again today to order online, I got further on the Subway website, but it always hung up part way through my order so I couldn't complete it.

my experience was fantastic. i came in about half an hour before closing, but the employee, blake, handled it incredibly well. i apologized profusely but he reassured me it was fine and got our sandwiches done incredibly quickly, and with plenty of toppings as well. this was an unusually positive experience, since most subways arent nearly as quick or generous. blake really sold the experience.

One star because you need to re-train your employees on cross contamination. Guy with glasses kept touching and readjusting his cloth mask (that he’s been talking into for the past several days, no doubt) with gloves on and then asked me what I wanted. I asked him to please change his gloves and he had someone else make my sandwich. He continued to make other sandwiches with the same pair of gloves. If the mask doesn’t stay above your nose then it shouldn’t be worn. Honestly really disgusting and none of the food can be trusted. Never coming here again.
