Genuinely the worst subway location in the 607. Greeted by a nasty old lady telling me my sub won’t be made after it was ordered 30 minutes prior due to a line out the door. Refused to give me the franchise owners contact information to refund my order as I was on lunch and could not wait 45 minutes. Awful location

Michelle was working amazingly under pressure today during rush hour at lunch, all by herself. She is amazing at her job! She handled herself professionally when confronted with a rude customer who threatened to have her fired because his sandwich wasn’t ready, despite there being several orders ahead of his. Multiple customers attested to Michelle’s amazing work ethic and professionalism!

They closed way before the time listed. Order went through and they charged card. Getting refund in this situation is a nightmarish wild goose chase and requires 5x more time than it's worth. Employees not equipped to handle this situation.

My sandwiches built very well, I was pleasantly surprised. My service was quick and efficient. Surprisingly my favorite subway.
I watched an employee smoking in front of the building and she threw her cigarette butt on the sidewalk in front of the business. When I looked down, I saw a pile of cigarette butts that’s been accumulating. It’s Absolutely disgusting And nobody is cleaning up the mess. It doesn’t present a positive image for the business When there’s a pile of cigarette butts laying around from an employee of that business.
