Just went thru the drive thru and I want to say the drive thru person j swear was ai.i had to come in and see who it is. Her name is Amber and she is a wonderful person with a great attitude and my kids love her ..I hope she nevér leaves !!

What are they doing in there that takes so long? I waited for at least 20 minutes and left without my order because they didn't deserve my money. Unacceptable for fast food.

I don’t normally do this but omg. Stupidest slowest staff I have ever witnessed. Waited 30 minutes for my order, 10 of those minutes it was sitting there in plain view and NOBODYY would hand it to me or put it on the mobile order shelf where it’s supposed to go. Gross older woman talked loudly to coworkers about needing to scratch her nose with her sleeve because her hands were gloved, and then I watched as she wiped her nose over the food; if mine wasn’t already sitting there getting cold I would have asked for a refund after witnessing this behavior.
No apology or even any humble words offered to me when they realized they’d been sitting on my order, I was just brusquely handed my food (after begging them for it, waving my arms in the air to get their attention despite multiple people having made eye contact with me prior). Worse than the nearby McDonald’s which is a LOW bar. In particular, the male manager, the white older female worker, and the Black younger female worker who were working 12/09 at around 6:30PM should all be fired or at least trained appropriately. Thank you!

While visiting the upper front Street location I had went through the drive-thru and had the best customer service experience from a woman named Amber. At times we really think she is a robot or an AI but her voice is so professional. You definitely need more employees like her.
I’m not sure why it every time I go here I get killed around the building and made to wait for my order, don’t mind the wait but as someone that travels for work and visits my fair share of TBells…I gotta wonder why? Is it a management issue? Is it the staff being unable to process orders? I mean it’s 12:20AM and there are 5 cars all sitting here in this parking lot waiting for their food alongside me. What gives Taco Bell?
Ordered on line. Not all the items ordered were in the bag. What we did get was cold. Won't use the online option again.

I don't know why everybody is sitting here bashing this place when there's a bunch of brand new workers that are all rookies in there, I've been to this place about now, 5 times, I just ordered 35 dollars worth of food that I'm about to show, and none of it was undercooked. All of the drinks were perfect, although the food was perfect and I got over 30 dollars worth sauce as well for free
