Horrible customer service. The owner is Rude. He has the customer service skills of a DMV printer that keeps jamming. He treats customers like they interrupted his lifelong dream of being left alone. Food is undercooked. Better to go hungry then to eat this food. Do not recommend at all. If I could give it zero star I would.

We had been here before and we were hopeful for a better experience. Not the case. I was concerned about the lack of available bathrooms in a sit down environment (there were none) in think there is a code of some sort about that. We finished our ok food and went on. I woke up that night with full blown food poisoning and was sick for 24 hrs after. Never going back. Do not recommend.

The food is generally good but the pho is made with horrible chewy, stringy meat and is inedible. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Wait staff is ok but be prepared to wait an hour for your food! Atmosphere is fine. A little run down and the bathroom is appalling. Blaring music too loud.

Edit: second visit - Downgrading to one star. Came 30 min after opening and they are telling us the chef did not arrive yet. Apparently a common thing with this place. As per food, I’ve had frozen dinners that tasted more Thai than this place. Not sure what they were going for, but it wasn’t Thai food.
Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We were seated right away but had to wait 45 minutes for our small order (2 items) to be ready. I would appreciate if they mentioned the wait before we were seated or at least after we ordered. At some point the waiter came by and said the order will be ready in 5 minutes, nope, took another 20 minutes after that. To make the matters worse I've received tofu fried rice instead of beef fried rice that I ordered. Didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for the order to be fixed so just ate what was served which was pretty bland.

My wife and I were treated to dinner for her birthday while visiting her best friend and her husband. They eat here often and have nothing but good things to say. It was my first time eating Thai food so I went rather mild with pineapple rice dish but ended up stealing some of my wife delicious chicken curry, also not a big sushi lover but we got the Blue Crab Meat roll to share and it was fabulous. Place wasn't that crowded when we arrived but filled fast, only did 4 stars for service because our waitress was brand new and struggled a little but overall fantastic place and look forward to returning

Thai Time used to be one of our favorite restaurants. My husband warned me that the service and quality had gone downhill but I wanted a spicy kani roll today for lunch.
We were the first customers in. I was told they no longer have sushi early in the day (11:40am) and that I could not even have the spicy kani salad because they assemble that at the sushi bar. I went with my old go-to which is drunken noodles.
We waited 45 minutes for the food. No updates. No drink refills until my husband went to complain. We had my 3 year old daughter with us so the waiting process was even more painful.
When the food finally arrived it was much different than I have experienced in the past. The flavor was more acidic and there was no Thai basil in the noodles. I ate as much as I could but the dish was pretty unappealing.
The waitress told us (after prodding) that the chef hadn’t even arrived when we first got here and that he decided to make THREE to-go orders before ours.
I’m not sure what has happened to this place but I no longer recommend it. Hope it gets back on track.

This used to be our favorite Thai restaurant in the area, but it is time for us to look elsewhere. My family has been here 3 times in that last 2 months and the service has gotten worse each time. It started out bad when they told us they had already run out of Tom Yum Goong. It used to be one of our favorites, so I guess a restaurant can run out of soup at 7 on a Saturday night. Unfortunately the service was slower than usual. Service was not just slow, it was bad. Entrees came out piecemeal, with the last of us waiting well over an hour to get her meal. We asked for an order of Drunken Noodles to be extra mild, but it came out tasting indistinguishable from another order of Drunken Noodles that we placed. It was not mild at all and was unfortunately too spicy for my wife. Additionally, we asked twice for a knife (so one of our party could cut her chicken) and also for a spare bowl (so I could give some Pho to my wife to try to salvage her dinner), but those items never came. At the end of the meal, the server seemed in a rush for us to leave and we were more than happy to oblige. As we were a party of seven, we were forced to give a 20% tip. Normally, I tip at least that, but the restaurant did not even come close to earning that amount tonight. Slow service does not surprise any regular at Thai Time. However, bad service and tonight's food quality will make us look elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

After a long day of hard work, my husband and I were looking forward to dinner. Our arrival, 45 minutes before the restaurant was set to close, was greeted with a palpable wave of annoyance from our server. Her attitude was one of barely hidden frustration as she quickly led us to a table, urging us to order in a rush, as if we were an unwelcome last-minute addition. This uninviting atmosphere intensified when my beer arrived: it was not gently set down, but rather slammed onto the table with a loud thud, before she hurriedly dashed away, her focus elsewhere. We then noticed her chatting and laughing animatedly with two men at the bar, seemingly unaware of her other duties. When our main courses finally came, it was obvious that no cutlery had been provided. This forced her to make another frantic trip to get the utensils, during which her disengaged attitude was clear. Throughout our meal, she seemed visibly absent, leading to a genuinely unwelcoming dining experience. It's a bit disappointing because while the food isn't exceptional, it's still decent, and we occasionally enjoy getting dinner from them. Additionally, all the other staff at the restaurant have always been quite friendly and attentive.
