Will not be back.
Waited 30 minutes before being brought water. Barely touched in with throughout the time to get food to us which took an hour. Other tables tended to before our table. Ended up almost leaving at closing time.
Disappointing experience — would not return
We were quite disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. The service was extremely slow — we waited a very long time for our food, and it felt like the staff simply forgot about our table.
For parties of 6 or more, they automatically charge a 20% gratuity, which is calculated after tax. This policy was only mentioned in tiny print on a single menu, making it very easy to miss. It felt a bit misleading and not transparent.
As for the food, it was unfortunately not fresh. The soup noodles were bland and unpleasant, and several dishes tasted like they’d been sitting out too long.
Overall, the slow service, poor food quality, and unclear tipping policy made for a disappointing dining experience.
Terrible customer service. Lazy, and unprofessional approach.
Toby gets 5 stars!! Best waitperson! They were short staffed and no bartender but Toby took great care of our table of 4 adults and 3 kids. We all really enjoyed the food!!
The food was great. It was spacious and stylish inside. The people who worked here were very nice and helpful.
100% Best Thai restaurant in the area. AMAZING sushi as well! Definitely the best I've ever had. Thai Time is officially my favorite restaurant in Binghamton (Little Venice being a close second, but with more calories involved).
Food was good and fresh and hot when we got it
Used to be good but my last experience says otherwise. We arrived there at about 8 pm and ordered. There was a big table before us so we were informed that there would be some wait on the food, understandable. The food came after almost an hour. I got the drunken noodles and it was just mushy and just didn’t taste fresh. By the time we got our food the restaurant was almost empty since they were closing up. Disappointing.
We went in expecting to have a nice meal. They told us that we would have to wait for 30min first, then they told us we’d have to wait for an hour. So we decided to get takeout. We waited for more than an hour for our takeout because the restaurant is so understaffed and the management is really bad. After we got our food some of our dishes were very bland and extremely greasy. Awful experience.

Came here for restaurant week. I love many of the different food items here. I’ve had the Pho and Pad Thai and loved it, also tried many different sushi rolls from here and all were delicious. This visit, I had curry puffs, the tower tartare with kani roll, a thai iced coffee, and the cheesecake eggroll dessert. The curry puffs have such a depth of flavor with the curry, they’re these tiny little explosions of flavor. I missed out for so long because I often get spring rolls, which are great, but try these too. The thai iced coffee is great but sweet and I’d rather that be an option for dessert over their cheesecake eggroll which just wasn’t for me. The ice cream they serve it with was great, I’d have just a small dish of that also instead of the cheescake dessert thing. Mom got the seared tuna with the California roll. I tried a piece and it was delicious, I could see getting that sometime myself. The food was great, I’ll definitely be back.

Damn. Food is on point, drunken noodles are straight out of Bangkok and the basil beef was perfect. Deserves to be the busiest Thai in town, supper this gem of a place.

They have a great patio on the river which is nice. I go to a lot of Thai restaurants and I have to say this one doesn’t make the top of my list. I had the red curry and chicken. Which is usually in past experience a nice coconut milk infused with curry basil and a mixture of vegetables. This one was more like it was in a curry gravy. Felt heavy and thick and flavors were muted and bland. The spring rolls were the same, and oddly came out after my dinner was almost done. Bartender was very kind and accommodating and made conversation which I look for especially when sitting alone in a restaurant.
