There are many choices of food in the shop. We got an omelet, a bagel with cream cheese, a brownie, and a cup of iced coffee. Everything was tasty. The people who worked there were professional and friendly. The shop was clean and bright. There was a restroom for the customers. I've been coming here for over a decade. The pricing has been reasonable!

Parking: It may be tricky to get in and out of the parking lot from time to time. Luckily it wasn't too crowded when we visited around noon on Sun. We were able to park right in front of the shop.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of great choices of cream cheese
My kid loved the mushroom omelet and the brownie

Tatiana and the gang are awesome, so kind quick to accommodate and they anticipate your needs, meaning I never have to ask for ketchup or napkins or accoutrements. Thank you for existing, best breakfast in Binghamton and best service!

Bagels were very small and so so. It took about 15 minutes to get one bagel. Store looked dirty

I decided to try this place since I’ve heard so much about it, but honestly I wish I hadn’t bothered. My #1 concern is they are not abiding by food safety regulations. People are wearing gloves, yes, but it means nothing when you use the same gloves to touch money and the cash register and your face and everything else. Also, for those worried about cross contamination, please beware. One of the bagels I got had plain cream cheese, and there was obviously scallion flavour in it.

The service was also abysmally slow and inept. I don’t mind standing in line, and the man from the cash register DID come over to assist, but he went back to the register without telling the guy actually completing the order what my order was which meant the guy pulled my bagels out, awkwardly put the sliced ends together, cut it again, and left it on the counter while he served a guest who was a few people AFTER me. He never once asked anyone what the order was supposed to be until he looked at me obviously annoyed and asked what my order was. If it was something time consuming I wouldn’t be annoyed, but it was literally two bagels with cream cheese. He apologised and finished my order quickly after that, but the fact is it really shouldn’t have happened to begin with.

To be honest, the bagels weren’t anything special and I’d rather go to Panera or the grocery store and call it a day. I’m not really sure why people love this place so much, what am I missing?

It's fall and i'm a soup girly, the bagel factory has the best soups. This is my favorite local bage place. Friendly and helpful staff.

P.s. get the spicy ketchup.

This is a great little local spot. Very crowded on a Saturday morning. You will probably have to wait in line if you go at peak hours, but the coffee is worth the weight and so is the food. I was highly impressed when the young man behind the counter took my off menu order without batting and eye and everything came out perfectly. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is that the restaurant has bad flow. When people are waiting in line, the people at tables will be surrounded and therefore I can’t give it more than two stars for atmosphere. But it’s a bagel place and it’s worth it.

Kind of pricey but then again you’re not going to find a fresh bagel shop anywhere else in town. Bagels are a bit small, portion sizes for sides such as Mac salad are puny for what you pay for. Jalapeño bagel was delicious honestly.

There very slow! People waiting over 30 min! They need someone faster on the grill or something.
