Best burgers in the area!!!
Super cute brunch spot!! Food was great and service was amazing. Loved the aesthetics and decor as well. Highly recommend the crepes!
The shop was the best for brunch when I went for a bridal shower. Everything was exquisite. Atmosphere, service and the food were the holy Trinity that will make me visit again. I highly recommend the crepes.. yummy
Beautiful downtown restaurant would definitely recommend!!
Juicy burger, crispy fries, and great presentation! Everything was fresh and tasty. The rose on the side was a nice touch. Solid spot for a casual bite.
I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich with fries and lavender lemonade, and it was incredible. The portion was super big, and everything tasted amazing. I don’t usually eat fries, but these were so good that I would come back just for them.
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely though a bit noisy since there was no background music, but my friends and I didn’t mind at all.
Definitely a spot I will be recommending.
Excellent food atmosphere and service. You cannot go wrong here.
An amazingly relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is bright, friendly, playful and so accommodating! Food is absolutely outstanding, so yourself a favor and experience all “The Shop” has to offer!
Came to Binghamton for a concert at the Forum, which is across the street, and stumbled upon this place. GREAT BAR AND RESTAURANT! The bartender and staff were very personable and professional. Cocktails were delicious, had the house sour and espresso martini, both were perfect. The crepes were scrumptious, and the beratta was yummy. Great atmosphere, don’t hesitate to come here, this place is fantastic!

This place will not kick you out or call the copy's if you don't write a 5 star review, as one "reviewer" said. Let's suppose it's true, though. You would have to write it, show it to restaurant staff and send it. And then the website would have to post it, to prove it. So, I don't think that is at all likely. But this is a good place, and for what it is better than you'd expect.
People rave over the burger and hit. It was okay except inconsistently cooked. More raw the more I ate it. Eventually gave up. And that was $16.

The food was delicious. The effort is apparent and it translates into the food.
Everyone should be ordering the bacon Brie burger I don’t ever order something else.
I had never been to the shop before today. The restaurant itself is beautiful, nice atmosphere.I was really disappointed in the food and the service. I am Wondering if the server was brand new as he was not very polite or attentive to our table. I cannot remember word for word what he said but he said something to the effect of “ are you guys done or what.” The crepe my son got left much to be desired. I think this type of restaurant is a really great concept and could be great, adding more crepes to the menu would be awesome. Hopefully it was just a bad night ?

The Shop has been the best all around restaurant in downtown Binghamton for a few years now. Everything about it is spot on: The atmosphere is hipper than anything else in Bing. The service is always fantastic. They have a small but very well curated selection of beer (and the other drinks seem great too). The menu is interesting, and the food is always impeccably executed. In recent years, it's become my department's go-to place for hosting faculty candidates and other visitors to the university, because it really shows off Binghamton at its best. I just wish they were open a few more days a week!
