I love that they bring popcorn while waiting for your food! And it's sooo good! If you like Raising Canes, then you will love their chicken tenders. The mozzarella sticks and blueberry lemonade was good as well. Fun atmosphere. Great family place.

My experience at Tully's was amazing and filled with enjoyment. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and the exterior is very inviting. The service was good and has a great menu filled with options of great taste and they even offer entertainment in the form of an arcade while you wait for food and popcorn as the appetizer. I would definitely recommend and go again. Sincerely, Alex

Tully's is always fast and good service. The food is good every time and when I go I know I can get a good meal especially for the price. I can confidently take friends and family there knowing they can find something they like. I also like how they have the arcade there for the kiddos to enjoy after dinner.

The chicken fingers were as expected. The cheese cake was the worst I have had in 50 years. This comes from someone who has made and found many restaurants with far better recipes.

I had one of the worst experiences tonight at Tully’s. I was out for my birthday dinner with Ana and her 15 month old daughter. The order that Ana wanted was Buffalo Chicken Tenders (the dinner portion). She asked for two pieces to be kept on the side for her daughter. The server told us they won’t do that. I asked for the manager because I have never heard of such a thing. The manager said they could do it and not to worry. That is good customer service. However, the “owner” of the franchise said no that he will not allow it. They tried to get us to purchase a meal for a 15 month old. Are you kidding me! I have been going to that restaurant for 7 years and will NEVER walk through those doors again. We left and I had just two sips of my beer. The check was never presented and not should it have been. This owner demonstrated a manipulative and non customer centric way of doing business and that is the furthest thing from my liking when dining out. “The customer is always right … not the owner!”

Tully’s is known for their chicken tenders and they are really good. Hand battered and fresh. Can’t get any better. Added a Bacon Cheeseburger which was juicy and delicious. Definitely worth the stop.

Justin was our server, and he was wonderful. My friend and I wanted to catch up before ordering and he was wonderful checking on us and was not pushing us to order. Food was delicious too!

Service was good, pricing reasonable and their specialty chicken tenders are very good. So why only a 3 rating? All their specials come with french fries and I know they are inexpensive and simple for a restaurant to serve, Personally, french fries are french fries, and they should offer you your choice of side dish and not just dictate french fries. This would greatly improve the overall meal.

First time at Tully's for former Binghamtonians visiting family. We were seated quickly. Ordered LaBatt's draft. Our delightful server brought out a sample of the potato salad. YUM!!! Creamy and delicious. Both my wife and I ordered that as a side with our Reuben Sandwich and Wings. Both our meals arrived shortly. Reuben was outstanding, sliced thin, not stringy or fatty, with just the right amount of kraut. Wings were excellent, cooked well, and quite tasty! Great sports memorabilia everywhere. Music a little too techno and loud for our taste, but loved the vibe, food and service. We'll be back.

This place used to be good. The veggie burgers were warm and mushy. The grilled chicken sandwich had bones. The macaroni and cheese on the kid's menu appear to be nothing more than rigatoni with melted velveta cheese. The French fries tasted like frozen French fries heated in an oven. Hopefully they will improve but I have no desire to return.

We were looking for a casual place for a family lunch, we chose Tully's because it is a small chain with no locations near where we live. My teenage son, who had eaten here before, said it was similar to an Applebee's and I have to agree with him on that. Lots of choices, they say they are known for their chicken tenders (though I didn't order them). Free popcorn for all and they have a M-F lunch club -- get 5 punches and your 6th lunch is free. TVs all around, any sporting event you want to see will be on somewhere.
