I went through the drive through and the guy at the window charged $8:40 for the $5 dollar biggie bag !!! Mind u I even said how is it $8.40 he said that I ordered a bounce bacon doggie bag I I took it any way because the line was long at the drive through! The guy is a thief at the drive through at Wendy’s on main street at 11:20 pm

Food was good. Did take a bit to get tho. The bathroom was disgusting and the person working the register didn't speak enough English or understand it to place the order. While there another man came in very angry and yelling about forgotten chess sauce and demanded free food. Felt very unsafe. The staff was also yelling and fighting in the back and again they dint speak or understand enough English to actually get orders correctly. If the food wasn't so good I wouldn't go to this location again

The drive thru employee had to argue with me about whether Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe was on the biggie bag menu!!! She told me it was not and how I had to order! I just asked why it's not taken off if they don't have it...she insisted it wasn't there and I was looking right at it!!! Unnecessary behavior! Rude and unacceptable!!! It is even listed on the app!!! She slammed the window in my face and told me she would know better!!!! Never! Never going to Wendy's again! That was uncalled for!!!!

Where's the salt? French fries are essential with salt. Everything else here is perfect. Wendy's in South Carolina is way better, though! Love how warm the lobby is here, though!

Placed an order on DoorDash for pick up. Went to pick it up. They didn’t have it. I showed them the confirmation and I showed them the receipt. The staff looked at me like they had no clue what was going on, and I asked if they could make the order, the girls said no we can’t do that because we didn’t get the receipt And I asked her what should I do? She shrugged and said geez I don’t know. Call DoorDash and her and the young man at the register started laughing so rude, so unprofessional, absolutely horrible people people poor management!

The Afternoon Message

Service is subpar along with the normal wait. Despite previous rudeness of management it is the fact that the bacon on my baconator was hardly crispy that seal for me. In most regards it was all around soft. When I order a baconator I want it crispy. If I wanted my pork soft I'd just eat some juicy loins.

It was late so the inside was closed. I waited for them to take or order at the drive through for over 10 minutes and no one did. There was no one in front of me. I drove up to the window and they said they couldn't take my order at the window and that I would have to go back to the order kiosk and wait for them to take my order. It took over 25 minutes to get 1 sandwich and a frosty and I was the only person there.
