Got charged for dipping sauce without being told there would be a charge. Ordered a combo with sprite and didn't get soda. The biggest one had the apple pecan salad NO CHICKEN because I'm vegetarian and when I finally got to eat salad it was LOADED with chicken. Tried to take chicken off but missed some and got sick. I will be telling my job not to order from there again. Our order was approximately $200.

The service was very good. The food was not.
Food was decent but multiple times they got my orders wrong when I was specifically clear with what I wanted both in person ordering and delivery and it's rare when the food is actually hot and fresh

Had to wait 20 minutes just to order. Another 15 just to get out food after ordering. Tables and floor in the dining room weren't cleaned. Very cold in the restaurant.

I've never been terribly impressed with the food at Wendy's. It's was ok, but the prices are higher than similar fast food places.

I used the drive thru. The person taking order talked to fast and did not let me finish talking which resulted in having to repeat order twice. Our burgers were messy and cold, and the fries soggy. They did not provide all drinks on order, and I had to ask for missing one.

Don't come here after 8:30 pm..Took 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Finally had to ask what the problem was..Waiting on MGMT approval for employee sale..
Burger has been sitting around since dinner ?? Garbage bags piled up outside the front. Garbage water all over the entrance and lobby floor. Gross?

We had a special order in the drive thru. Food was ready as soon as we paid, was correct and tasted very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed the order was filled so quickly.

I've been here a few time and not had any issues, but last night was awful. It's one thing to be short staffed, but to be snappy and rude to your customers is not ok. And putting your hands all over someone else's food pawing through it all huffy cause you're told were missing sandwich isn't appropriate either. It's not gonna magically appear under the fries and nuggets, lady. The sandwiches we asked for plain had mayo on them, the dressings were all wrong (that happens, short staffed, I get it.). But her attitude last night. She shouldn't be working in customer service that's for sure.

Restaurant is always clean when I go inside but the service is lacking not only in professionalism but in speed and accuracy. Regardless if they're busy or not they don't put too much into making you feel welcome or even acknowledging you're there.

We went to Wendy's and ordered 2 baked potatoes. They didn't tell us until the order was picked up that they didn't have any baked potatoes and that they had substituted French fries which I did not want so they did give me a refund, but it's very disturbing when you walk into a really nice place which this was, and you can't get the food they're supposed to have on the menu. I would not go back to this restaurant.
