To stay on par with today's society, both people working the counter had the personality and friendliness of my shoe. These weren't kids, both were at least in their 40's. 3 value (haha) meals for $48, then told its another $1.10 for a package of ranch. Food was ok yet watched the customer ahead of us come back inside twice to return old, hardened food. Ya, nope, I'm done!

That was the worst food that I ever ate at a fast food restaurant the founder of Wendy's would have brought that food back to counter way to much ketchup fries had to much salt on them plus they tasted like month old grease and they were stone cold

Went there today. The service was fine, but all the food including the bag was wet with oil. It stained my pants before work and stained my car seat. Also the English Muffin was so hard I couldn't eat it. Definitely a bummer.

not sure if today was just a good day but the drive thru worker was very energetic and friendly, and the baconator fries were LOAAADED for a change. 10/10 service props to everyone on shift today

My husband had a RAW spicy chicken sandwich that he didn't realize was raw until he ate some of it. I made a complaint and they want to issue a $10 credit towards our next Wendy's purchase. We will not be eating there again, so that doesn't matter.

The has changed over the last year. it's much smaller inside. They put up a wall and closed one whole room. The food is better. The coke freestyle machine is a welcome feature. The restrooms could use improvement. Paper towels would be a great addition. Instead of poop spreading air dryers period
My new favorite for a quick breakfast sandwich. It actually contained a real fried egg. Had a yolk and whites. Something pretty much unheard of in fast food breakfast. There's usually a BOGO choice in their ap as well. Possible to get two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits for under $4. Just wish they had hash browns instead of breakfast fries.

They shrunk the place over the winter. The the app seldom gives you the points. The email a copy is ignored. Restaurant has no paper towels wet floors and not great. Good food is ok imo up to corporate standards. They have a free seniors drink. Parking is ok.

Absolutely disappointed with my food. My spicy chicken sandwich was old and dried out, which is disappointing because that’s all I ordered.

This past weekend, I visited Wendy’s with some of my family. We had a pretty big group and many kids with us as well. Our food came out super fast, everything was super good and the employee, David.. that was helping us was so nice, and he was very patient with all of our indecisive kiddos! The service and atmosphere was incredible. Definitely will be back to this Wendy’s in the future! :)
