This Wendy’s has to be the worst fast food restaurant ever! The service is what makes it that. This location is inside a Love’s Travel Center which is great since you can order your food, get gas, use the restrooms, etc. AND it has a drive thru. But that’s really where the positives end. The service here is just horrible. They kept messing up my order. If I had just left without checking my order, I would have been PISSED! No dressing for the salad, missing fries, missing drinks, missing sauces, missing butter, sour cream, & chives for the baked potato. This location was a huge disappointment!

This Wendy's is located within the truck stop and it is busy but that's what makes it great...the food is always fresh and hot! The workers are always pleasant. I even drove away without my change one time. I went back and they had the money waiting for me.

Their rewards system is alright. Not as good as bk or McDonald's though. But I did just get a free frosty, and who doesn't love Frosty's? Other than that, the food is not always fresh if you go to the one on Main St in Binghamton so I don't ever go to that one for anything other than a frosty .. but all in all def worth going if your hungry. Plus it's one of the only places that's still open 24/7 that you can go to anytime now since COVID 19 struck.Updated March 2024 - Same thing basically but I figured I should explain the first comment I had made about their rewards system a little further - what I meant to say was their monthly member deals, not their rewards system..because their rewards are fine but their deals just don't compare to McDonald's'. Then again, I can't think of anywhere that really does. Oh and their choc chip cookies are pretty good too if you get them fresh out.. but again, they don't compare to mickey-ds cookies and there you can get 13 for like 6 or 7 bucks whereas Wendy's charges $5 for 5 of them.Parking: Located inside of a Loves truck stop but there is a parking lot on the side of Wendy's thats convenient for Wendy's customers and they added a little dog park next to it! ?Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Well what can I say It's Wendy's.... It's in a truck stop so it's a little more expensive than your standalone Wendy's and it's always busy but for the most part they've always gotten my order right and I've been friendly and fast.

The employees are always high on the job. So high they can barely process what you’re saying to them. Extremely slow. Wait times are ridiculous even when they have very few customers.

I never eat fast food. Today snow made me go this way. I got sausage egg and cheese. Sausage looked as if it was made yesterday. Coffee oh boy never asked cream and sugar. So it was black was looking forward to a nice hot coffee. Coffee maker probably shut off 2 hours ago. It was stone cold. To add to this they asked me to pull forward to wait. I waited atleast 10min. Understand if they had to cook up some fresh sausage or wait for coffee to drip. But nope.
