After waiting forever at a nearby restaurant I decided to go to Firehouse subs instead..I was pleasantly surprised! I had a spicy chicken sub and it was amazing! The chili was delicious too. I will be returning.

Firehouse Subs food is great - better than every other sub shop. We had a great experience at this location. The service was excellent and they even gave our dog a little bowl of chicken while we sat in the outdoor patio area. The store is large and clean. We will eat here again.

Their usually good but the night crew is terrible its sad how a few lazy employees can bring a business down to a zero i mean come on them subs not cheap. So my issue was my meat was under cooked i got the brisket I got a pickle that looked half eaten and the soup omg they got ultra cold out of fridge and put it in the MICROWAVE like really are u kidding me then dash a dirty temp stick in it wow disgusting all he had to say is we are all out for the night simple. He got mad because I sad I dont want the soup anymore and he had to refund the $5 for that idc stay mad better yet u eat it. They were whispering like toddlers made me feel extremely uncomfortable. 25$ for this So I will be paying the boss a visit this is unacceptable

Only given one star because I can’t give a negative we went there and Wednesday to eat. My wife left her debit card there by accident, we realized it Thursday night, so first thing Friday morning we called only to find out that an employee made a decision on her own to destroy my wife’s card. Literally didn’t even hold it just destroyed it and claimed that they called the bank. Well, we called our bank. They keep records of that if somebody calls in no one ever called the card was still active so that employee lied, so we contacted the manager his name is Mark Harris and he was rude condescending legitimately blaming the bank for not being fast enough to get us a new card and after everything said well I guess I’ll just make it a new policy that if someone leaves a card behind, we cut it up immediately he’s kind of a jackass and something needs to be done about that character. Thanks but never again. There’s another sub shop one building over that’s my new go to thank you very much.
