It's always nice and busy but you never wait as long as you think you will. ice cream is always really good. It definitely needs a bigger parking lot though

Always a treat to get to Fran Ceils, love the custard and all the great flavors of ice cream, great location, we stop there after the Botanical Gardens.
They have delicious custard! The sundae selection is amazing and they have a lot of hard ice cream flavors to pick from!! So good! I love coming here

We have been stopping at fran and Cecil a couple times a month. Yesterday we noticed that the size was definitely not what we ask for. While there a girl came back to the window to ask if her medium ice cream to go was a medium ( that was what she paid for) and the worker said no but she will make her another one. We go to other ice cream places and you definitely get more for your money! Definitely disappointed! I guess we weren't the only ones that noticed the ice cream was much smaller than we paid for. Maybe it was just the employee!
