We have been stopping at fran and Cecil a couple times a month. Yesterday we noticed that the size was definitely not what we ask for. While there a girl came back to the window to ask if her medium ice cream to go was a medium ( that was what she paid for) and the worker said no but she will make her another one. We go to other ice cream places and you definitely get more for your money! Definitely disappointed! I guess we weren't the only ones that noticed the ice cream was much smaller than we paid for. Maybe it was just the employee!

I loved going here for years, and it truly enjoyed going here for ice cream, their ice cream is good and they have amazing flavors, but I went recently after not going there for a year and I felt uncomfortable, as if the staff didn’t want to serve me an my family, but with other costumers they were happy to serve them, with us they jsut seemed like we were a burden. I used to like going there now I don’t think I’ll be back.
