Diapalos was magnificent yesterday. The service and the atmosphere are better than any other Italian restaurant. The food was excellent and the portions were larger than any other restaurant. The prices were better than Mangia. In fact, Mangia's prices have gotten bad compared to Diapalos. Diapalos lasagna was $17. Mangia's $25. Then. If you want Mangia's hot sauce they charge you $5 more. Diapalos is the Best Italian restaurant for the food, Portions, price and service!

Ordered a beer batter fish Xtra crispy , it was so soggy I had to put it in the oven. Picked it up 20 mins after I ordered. It's still gross and soggy. Fries are cold, fish is still wet from the fish water it sits in. this whole meal is going into the garbage. This is the 2nd time, first time I ordered this it was fantastic. Never again. Tried to give it another try.

Not even sure where to start. This place exceeded every expectation we had. Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! Our waitress Gina was incredible- our drinks never went dry, she was so attentive, knowledgeable and charismatic! The crab cakes were delicious and we agreed that the filets and alfredo sauce were some of the best we've ever had. They even brought out a complimentary tuxedo cake for my birthday at the end of our meal, a very thoughtful touch. We will absolutely be making the 3 hour round trip from Rochester just to come back!

You will not be disappointed going to this restaurant! The food is amazing, it’s always prepared fast and exactly the way you want it. The service is unbeatable also, the waitresses are always very friendly and the two times we’ve been here the owner came by to have a chat with us and went by to the other tables too (which you never see at other chain restaurants) I highly recommend Illio DiPaolo’s for your next Italian food craving, you will not be disappointed!
