Their mashed potatoes are actually smashed potatoes, their menu is incorrect.Unfortunately I am allergic to potato skins.. so that took all the enjoyment out of the meal.

Whew go to Texas Roadhouse save yourself the time. Half our steak was fat and the ribs were so hard. Our order came out wrong and we waited over an hour and got served after people who came in after us. The server was extremely kind and helpful but it just overall wasn't a pleasant experience.

Last minute stop for dinner after arriving in Buffalo to visit our college kid. Loaves of soft, warm bread with whole grain texture was very pleasant. We both ordered ribeye steak with sides of season veg and mixed veg. Well seasoned and tasty. Very friendly staff and very family friendly.

The servers were pleasant however not attentive salads came out fast however main entree did not come until I inquired about the status. When entree came out the food was cold my wife’s steak was burnt and dry and cold. My prime rib looked horrible not a very good cut of meat and was cold. I will rethink returning to Outback!

This was a nightmare come trueThe Food was terrible. Took over an hour to get it and it made me sick. I spent my time in the bathroom Throwing up, to top it off, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I continued to throw all the way home and for two hours after. The steak was rubbery and not cooked properly. Mashed potatoes were cold. The fried shrimp came out soaked in oil and on top of all this, I woke up with a black eye because I was throwing up half the night

*This review is a copy n paste from Yelp that I did 2-3 years ago.*I visited this Outback w/ my dad and bro after watching the Tom Brady-led NE patriots (at the time, pre-retirement), beat the bills in a thrilling, nail-biter game at Highmark stadium. This Outback was fairly close to the stadium and we were looking for a bite to eat before driving back over the border to toronto. We ordered a bloomin onion, house salad, mac n cheese, NY strip and porterhouse. The bloomin onion was nostalgic. There used to be an outback near the cineplex back home (got replaced by a bunch of different restos) and the bloomin onion was always a must order for my fam.Steakhouse mac n' cheese had me very pleasantly surprised. The pasta was cooked al dente and the curly, fancier noodles were used instead of elbow macaroni. The blend of cheeses was also superb. Very flavorful but not too salty. The steaks were cooked beautifully. Perfect medium rare on the inside (especially the porterhouse). The baked sweet potato was great because it had a lil knob of butter inside and it felt like it was also candied slightly. This visit reaffirmed to me how much I missed Outback in Canada. I can't remember ever having a bad experience. The portions were big, our server was attentive and friendly, and the bill didn't break the bank. I'd definitely recommend this Outback.

My wife n I ordered the ‘3 course meal ( soup or salad~dinner options~cheesecake dessert) on tv advertised for $16.95…. We were told that the price varied by ‘location’ and cost $19.95 at Hamburg rest. ????? Still ordered it + an app. Food was good. Waiter was phenomenal … unfortunately, restrooms were a pig sty!!!! Walked in, walked right back out. Fortunately live close enough to wait…..

We came in an hour before closing and still got the best service. I know the end of the shift is always tiring but our server was super nice!
