Love their pizza!! WNY has an abundance of good pizza places, but Picasso's has a unique pizza that is delicious.

I ordered a pizza via door dash and my pizza was raw. I just got off the phone with the manager who informed me it is not Piccaso's problem and basically told me oh well so sad. Then he scolded me for being upset. I threw the pizza in the garbage. I will never order from here again and tell all my friends and customers about this experience. I work in a restaurant and we actually make good for our customers who are dissatisfied with an order. Door dash didn't make the pie....you did.
I admit I was beyond hungry but my pizza was excellent and just wanted I wanted. I loved the crust and the sauce was not sweet. A good amount of toppings and best of all it was ready fast. Did I tell you how hungry I was ?

Greasy, salty, and heavy. Reminds me of Marcos or Little Caesars. There is much better pizza out there.
