Walked in and heard the employees making immigration ice jokes. Tea was good though! Edit:You guys mentioned how it is like ICE mentioned immigration and continued to laugh about it. If it was a “joke” it was a poor joke along with your customer service by saying such in front of costumers. I’m glad you have enough privilege to degrade a situation down!

My all time favorite boba location. So many flavors and combinations to choose from, I usually get something different every time. If I don’t know what to get, the workers are always super friendly and helpful. I try to come by at least once a week when I can.

Tapioca was hard and Tiramisu was frozen :/ I’ve had better boba. Price was okay but I’d rather pay an extra $2 to get high quality tasting boba milk tea. Interior was cute and very spacious. The staff was friendly. They should invest in better tasting flavors for their beverages.

Love the tea, and products. But everytime I go the cups and lids are never put on correctly, or my drink is dripping everywhere, I cannot count how many times their cups have lead to stains all over me.
I had the absolute worst customer service experience from a girl named Angel at the McKinley location. When I had to come back after picking up my order and called after I picked it up to advise of my issue her response was idk what you want me to do you should’ve checked your bag. (The knotted bag) she was so rude and unprofessional. She said to me “clearly it was a mistake and idk what you expect me to do about it” when I came in she laughed and argued with me. I usually would order here every week . I will not bring my business to a place with nasty employees that think they can talk and treat people however they want. DO BETTER, I’ll take the extra drive to the northtowns for better options.

I got a large banana smoothie it was so full it leaked in my car the cup and lids sucks it popped right off and not my car seat and floor is covered in this sticky stuff never going back

Very good bubble tea! It was my first time going here and I loved it. I didn't take a picture, but next time I will. The girl at the front was very helpful, because I wasn't sure what to get. She was patient and nice. The bubble tea was so good and tasty. I got the vanilla milk tea with the tapioca bubbles!
