Good food. Average to high cost depending on the meal. Good service. Would eat there again. The whiskey cake dessert is great!

Staff was rude,, we walked in waited 10 minutes at the front to be seated while waiters and bar tending were having conversations,, they still didn’t seat us so we walked out,, waste of time and horrible service

Most likely will not be returning here anytime soon. It was a very slow afternoon.....no issues with my meal, but my friend ordered ribs and what she got had definitely been frozen, were small, cold, and full of nothing but fat.

My family and I were there last Sunday.. After a handful of angry people leaving, some stopped us in the parking lot before entering saying " don't go in there" we went in anyway. 5 other families that were waiting for tables walked out. The place was dead, every other table wasn't cleared yet. I used to love this location. Very sketchy place now. Would not recommend this location.

It takes over an hour just to get drinks l, food another hour, they have horrible service no matter when you go! It’s disappointing because it used to be our favorite place! They just continue to get worse

Food was ok. Drinks are expensive. Waiter was great. Menu needs more choices as most of it was the same stuff but a different name lol.
Absolutely worst service I've ever had. We ate there tonight and had the waitress who had the booths to the right of the bar. She had 3 tables and that clearly was too many to handle. Drink refills took 20 mins. Appetizer took 25. She barely acknowledged us for the entire time we were there. By the time we left, her entire section was just empty tables full of trash. I used to bartend at TGIF galleria and I remember tgif never being like this. I wouldn't be surprised if this location shuts down soon.

Staff including manager were eating in food prep area - full plates & dinners. Visible to everyone in dining room through clear reflection in window. Food arrived cold. Burned. Manager stated staff was new and didn’t know how to prepare things. Took the manager 20 minutes to come out. We asked to speak to one 3 times It was empty there. Waitress was incoherent. Didn’t understand menu. Also said the kitchen staff didn’t know how to cook yet. Never again.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I have never been to a place that is as inconsistent as TGI Fridays. It's an absolute shame. Their food is relatively solid but the entire experience is ruined by some of the worst staff that I've ever seen gathered under a single roof. I'm not even sure how this place manages to stay afloat anymore. Employees doing drive-by hand offs without ever coming back around to refill drinks until it's time to pay the bill. Screwed up orders that aren't rectified or forgotten. Rude waitresses. The list goes on. Think I'll just take my business to Applebees, thanks.

Stopped by for happy hour, the place was busy and we got there at shift change. Wasn't happy they didn't have the appropriate garnishes for the special drinks, which was what I ordered because we were out for a special occasion, which is why I deducted a "star" in my rating. Your experience could be better, I think it was just that it was the time we were there at 5:30pm on a Saturday....give it a try.
