Server fantastic. Bartender beautiful. Food fantastic. Owner met and asked if it was hot enough. Just right. Came in at 10 and was closing. 11 on Google.... fantastic place good foods.

It was awful, never going again. It took way too long for everything. Waitress never came back to ask is of it was ok or needed another drink. My drink and salad were wrong without asking if she could make or right. Very disappointed!

Food was alright, long waits for simple burgers, older workers seem to not care about much, younger kid in blue basketball shorts couldn’t stop playing with his hair and balls in and out of the kitchen like he had lice & crabs. Waitress was nice.

We waited almost 30 minutes to even be sat at a table. Mind u plenty of open tables and one couple waiting with us voiced the same concern as they waited even longer than we did. After being sat at a table it took another 35 minutes for a server to come to our table. In that time we were going to the bar to get drinks ourselves. Once we finally ordered our food (basket of fries and 20 wings) the waiting game started again. Over an hour for our food to come out and when it did the wings were ICE COLD. This place wasnt even that busy. Avoid this place. A place we once enjoyed is now a place we will never return to.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. When we got there we immediately ordered drinks, kids meals, and appetizers. Our waitress was MIA for over 25 minutes.. we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. After an hour of waiting we finally saw our waitress only to find out they still had not even started the food we had order.. not to mention we hadn’t even ordered our meals! Mind you the restaurant was not full. The fire alarm went off while we were there, from what appeared to be a HVAC issue.. possible the hood vent needs to be cleaned. The worst part was the owner / manager was there and never once apologized or even offered to help his staff. This place is in major trouble.. John Taffer would have a hay day here..

We like to bring the kids here. The food is adequate and there are games for the kids to enjoy while you wait for the food. Beware though, even if they actually forget to make part of your order not only do they not offer to comp you anything but you will still get stuck with a gratuity on your bill with a party of 9.

I'm so disappointed in what has happened with this restaurant. It has gone down hill. We were told they were short a waitress, which is fine, we understood it would increase our wait time to be seated and for our order to be taken but there is definitely a major problem in the back of the house. It was not busy and yet our food order took over 1:45 to come out and we had basic items such as burger and fries. No apologies from anyone, noone even checked on a drink refill during that wait time either. Then the order was wrong and we had to wait even longer for the 1 person in our party to get the food they ordered and we were all finished by the time their meal was brought back out. All the burgers were charcoal burnt on the outside yet semi cold on the inside. Fries were cold too.
This used to be a solid place in our rotation of restaurants but we will not be going back there again.

Were there an hour and a half, never got our food. Barely saw our server. Finally told them we were leaving. While we were there one of our drinks never came and had to ask for the other one 3 times before it finally came. Will not be going back there and would not recommend.

Went on a Saturday night around 8:00pm. Ordered a Vodka Soda with lime, was told they had no limes. Ordered Nachos from the menu, was told they were out of nachos. Ordered their burger with bacon and cheese, no bun. They brought out a hamburger patty with a slice of melted cheese - no bacon. The menu states it comes with fries, no fries. Then at 10:30, they turned off the televisions in the middle of the US v Canada hockey game we were watching. We will not be back and will be surprised if it lasts much longer. I’m not going to slam the lack of service because they seemed understaffed, but not having basic restaurant staples is a red flag that is hard to ignore.

Fun restaurant to go to with kids. Food was meh - burgers were very overcooked and burned. Pizza was decent. Server was very friendly.

The pictures fool you, there is no bowling. This is more of a place for families with kids that want to play arcade games.

Where do I begin? From the moment we entered to the second we left this place was a zero! The teenage host looked like he crawled out of bed, zero social skills. To the server Danielle, who was slow, couldn’t get the order right, cold food, and once again zero social skills. The “manager” that walked to and from the kitchen and the bar stool to stuff her face every 3 mins, or the other worker that looked 8 months pregnant, chain smoking cigarettes two feet from the entrance of the restaurant. I’ve had better food in a hospital. This place was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Absolutely trash!
