Atrocious smell inside. Bathroom was actually cleaner than the inside of the cafe, if you could imagine that.. coffee is ok. Service was ok. Employee was smoking a cigarette right at the entrance, its just a tough look accompanied by the smell inside. No thank you.

You guys didn’t give me my card back at the drive thru, you then paid for the next 2 cars off of my card and only refunded 1 of the 2 transactions?! How do you guys not collect payment from multiple cards and then get an attitude with me when I call to have it rectified?! That is FRAUD. I have reached out for the general manager and told I can talk to the assistant manager only? This is absurd.

Love their coffee flavor, raised the price in 2025, upon requesting fill the coffee cup well from 1 inch empty, girls did 10s of explanations, laughing such a rude behavior seems they are all working for free, come on tim horton you can do better.

From giving the order to snatching of my credit card.. these young kids that work there need a crash course of customer service…
