I placed a mobile order for the McKinley store instead of milestrip.. and I was waiting 10 minutes for my Tim’s boost and donut. I was like hot dang why is this taking so long (thinking I placed the order at the right location) only to ask the lady if there was a mobile order for me. She said no and was kind enough to give me my order anyways despite goofing up my mobile order. I don’t know who that young lady was but she deserves some sort of acknowledgment. Thank you anonymous Tim Hortons worker lady!!!!!

This place needs new management. It’s completely unprofessional inside. I hear personal business every time i come here. I don’t come here often but every time i do i know everyone’s business because of how loud they talk about it. This place needs help. Especially since the two managers are dating?! I overheard them talking about it?? Like no wonder why no employee stays here it’s new people every month. There was only a few good workers and there gone. Get new management!!!!!! Best tim hortons is WNY whenever i go the service is amazing esp when jts from thjs one girl Marybeth she always greets with a beautiful amazing smile and makes the best food and coffee 10/10 would recommend to everyone who wants a amazing cup of coffee and some fire ass food

Stopped here this morning for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. As the worker in the drive-through handed me my food item, she simply said “English muffin”. The sandwich did feel a little thin, so I thought maybe the order was put in incorrectly and that I just received an English muffin. I kindly asked “Is this a breakfast sandwich?” Which she responded “yeah. English muffin breakfast sandwich” So I thanked her and just as I started driving away, I heard her shout with quite a bit of attitude “OBVIOUSLY”. I just don’t understand what possesses some people to be rude when there’s absolutely no reason to be. It’s a really great way to ruin someone’s day first thing in the morning. I was kind to her throughout the entire interaction and just was confirming that I was receiving what I ordered. I hope her day got better, because clearly she had a reason to be rude.
To top it off, My coffee cup ended up being covered in something sticky, and the lid had something white and crusty on it right near the mouth opening.
