Stopped here this morning for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. As the worker in the drive-through handed me my food item, she simply said “English muffin”. The sandwich did feel a little thin, so I thought maybe the order was put in incorrectly and that I just received an English muffin. I kindly asked “Is this a breakfast sandwich?” Which she responded “yeah. English muffin breakfast sandwich” So I thanked her and just as I started driving away, I heard her shout with quite a bit of attitude “OBVIOUSLY”. I just don’t understand what possesses some people to be rude when there’s absolutely no reason to be. It’s a really great way to ruin someone’s day first thing in the morning. I was kind to her throughout the entire interaction and just was confirming that I was receiving what I ordered. I hope her day got better, because clearly she had a reason to be rude.

To top it off, My coffee cup ended up being covered in something sticky, and the lid had something white and crusty on it right near the mouth opening.

I am a former employee of this timhortons and the place is not clean at all. I had caught a mouse in a bucket and was told to kill the mouse and throw it out. The next day the owner of the store had told me that I had to delete the picture of the mouse and that If I had said anything to anyone that I would be fired because it could damage his business if word got out.

This is the worst Hortons in the area. Not only are they the most expensive, they are the absolute slowest. Wait in line for almost 15 minutes, get to the window, and the girl walks away! I drove off because that's rude, especially when you've made people wait for an actual 15 minutes. They get orders wrong often as well, and then you have to circle back and wait in line AGAIN unless you want to eat/drink something you didn't pay for.

Food was at least edible. The vanilla cold brew was given with no vanilla flavor and the foam didn't mix, must have been old or the wrong thing, tasted disgusting. They forgot my partner's breakfast sandwich and we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for it to be brought back with extra egg for some reason. My grilled cheese panini was stale and gross, and my Oreo ice cap was given with no whipped cream despite it having been paid for, and it was still the best tasting thing from this order. Should have gone to Wendy's for lunch.

Extremely rude and pathetic staff. On morning of 9th Match 10.30 am. Staff had been rough on talking while taking order upon asking why your prices are 49% higher than other location for the same coffee and same sandwich. They gave my FV without whipp topping purposedully and gave me totally burnt sandwich. Never coming back to this center. Avoid going here.

I’m leaving one star because every week prices go up at this location. Espresso shot was .99 and now that there’s currently a snow storm warning it’s 1.15. These owners are greedy price gauging scumbags.

Awful. The wrap on the left is what they portray on the ordering screen in the restaurant. Then they bait and switch and give you this nonsense. Rip off. Almost $9 to 10 bucks for a so called " meal" . I'll never spend another dime at a tim hortons. Add this company to the list of of fast food places tgat charge ridiculous prices & Gove you trash food with terrible service. My kid thinks their orange juice tastes like tooth paste. I'd rather light a $20 bill on fire than go to a Tim hortons. Done. Absolutely done. Tge past 3 yrs. Prices keep going up and quality is awful.

I keep wanting to give this location another chance because it's on my way home from errands ... but why can't they get simple ingredient requests right ? 3 splenda and caramel shouldn't taste like 1 splenda and nothing . maybe that could be resolved if I could see the order on the order board when ordering like at other locations , but it never seems to be functional at this location . and it's not like the place is crazy busy to excuse it , either . I pass 2 more on my way home . just sayin'
