I placed a mobile order for the McKinley store instead of milestrip.. and I was waiting 10 minutes for my Tim’s boost and donut. I was like hot dang why is this taking so long (thinking I placed the order at the right location) only to ask the lady if there was a mobile order for me. She said no and was kind enough to give me my order anyways despite goofing up my mobile order. I don’t know who that young lady was but she deserves some sort of acknowledgment. Even tho it was very busy at 730 am yesterday A lady was very nice too the point I went back in and asked her her name heavenly was running around in different stations but still when I got to the window she was very respectful
I visit this location almost every day, and I am never disappointed. The staff is super friendly, and they always get my order right, and the coffee never tastes bad. Especially the employee MaryBeth at the window is always a delight to see with a positive demeanor, a good attitude, and a smile that brightens up my day.
