It’s small. It’s tucked away. It’s . . . quirky. But the food is worth the trip.

A strange blend of Polish and Thai that somehow works.

Try the kimchi pierogi!

A very unusual but great menu combines Polish and Asian foods. Everything tastes great and is reasonably priced. Very friendly place, worth a visit if you are in the area.

We ordered from Bach’s for the first time the other night and it was SO good. We got a little bit of everything - pork belly, pierogis, kimchi, thai iced coffee and tea, and it was all delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

A hidden gem where you can taste the love in the food! I'm not expert in Polish food, but it was tasty and cooked so well! Also, this seems to be the only place around that serves hainanese chicken which is delicious iylyk!

Also, I didn't think it was possible to be wowed by a pickle, but Bach's pickles are exceptional!

Go check Bach's out. You'll leave with a full belly and heart!

This hidden gem next to the Subaru service center js a true find , Richard the owner is a polish gentleman and great polish food and his wife is Thai, so you have that also. Cabbage rolls, pork chops, beef stew and the periogos are to die for. Please support this local business with great food, you will be glad that you did. Evan, Pearl River, NY

I discovered Bach’s bistro about a month ago and I’ve been about ten times since then. Maybe more. The food is excellent, consistent, and always fresh. I’m very picky with freshness and I can tell that Bach and his wife care about what they are cooking. I always get the Thai red curry chicken. Its authentic taste, not too sweet and the chicken tastes great, very tender. For $10 it’s an amazing deal for the lunch special. Also Bach is really nice and is very accommodating

The food is just as good as the service. Best perogies in NY and BEST half sour pickles I've ever had. Prices are great and so is the menu. Recommend 10/10.
