Baileys BBQ is located right of 287 in the town of Blauvelt. Baileys offers outdoor and indoor seating (seasonal) but also they have a pit trailer where you can grab and go. Baileys has a diverse menu with many great sampler options. The Wings are a commonly ordered and very good. The hot wings are large and not over sauced but i believe you can order them that way. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as well which my kids enjoyed. For our entree we ordered the BBQSampler for Two. We selected the brisket, rack of ribs, pulled pork and back back ribs. Everything was fall off the bone! This was a great stop and the service was very good! Definitely a place I would return to in the future! If you are around the area or need a good stop, Baileys is it!

The collard greens were bland. No salt, no taste. They used to be good. The snapping green beans weren’t snapping, they were limp and flavorless! Very disappointing. Fire the cook. He has to be new.

Great service, ambiance and banging food. Our host Robie was amazing. He was great with our kids, provided great recommendations and was on point. It was also good to see them all supporting each other as needed where you didn't wait around long for anything. Everyone was stellar.

I’ve been craving authentic American BBQ for over 10 years. I still remember trying to eat here a decade ago, but the line was too long without a reservation. Finally, I got to try it — but honestly, it wasn’t my taste.
The sauces were overwhelming — either too sweet or too spicy. The wings were dry inside, and even the plain ones weren’t as good as Domino’s. The only thing I somewhat enjoyed was the chicken breast, which reminded me of Popeyes.
I don’t quite understand why this place is so popular. The service was great, but unfortunately, the food just didn’t do it for me.
