Baileys BBQ is located right of 287 in the town of Blauvelt. Baileys offers outdoor and indoor seating (seasonal) but also they have a pit trailer where you can grab and go. Baileys has a diverse menu with many great sampler options. The Wings are a commonly ordered and very good. The hot wings are large and not over sauced but i believe you can order them that way. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as well which my kids enjoyed. For our entree we ordered the BBQSampler for Two....
Liz was AMAZING. She welcomed us when we came in the door, went out of her way to ensure that we got a seated and fed in time to make our reservation for Blaze. And when she heard we were out-of-towners she gave wonderful food recommendations and directions to our next destination. Liz is the bomb! Thanks for a great time!
Great service, ambiance and banging food. Our host Robie was amazing. He was great with our kids, provided great recommendations and was on point. It was also good to see them all supporting each other as needed where you didn't wait around long for anything. Everyone was stellar.
