I fell horribly right after getting my order today. The employees all helped me. Gave me water dressed my knee and redid my order free of charge. They were all so caring. Humanity goes a long way. I did not catch their names but Thank you. Shift of 12:30pm. All five of you were compassionate.
Ordered a cold brew light and sweet, made with almond milk (along with egg bites) and this is the first DD that made it perfect where I didn't need to add any additional sweetener. In addition to that, it was also the quickest order I ever received (granted it was a slow morning) but still extremely satisfied.

Fast friendly service. Coffee rolls were fresh, the coffee itself was excellent. No drive through option, but they have curbside pickup when you order ahead.

ordered a latte and tea. The latte was ice cold and the tea was coffee. This dunk-in is in the perfect spot but the workers are awful. Came with a friend once an hour before closing got free donuts that was nice but as soon as we left the person closed and it was 30 minutes before it was supposed to close. I don't know why my expectations for normal service are still there but I get disappointed almost everytime.

The manager meera or whatever her name is is really racist towards Spanish people and black people I'll would be contacting headquarters on 1-781-737-5200 (here's the number for whoever might need it). (She's even racist and rude to her own employees) such a shame!!!

Every time I go into this place I feel like I did something wrong, they never smile. They never say hello. They have the music blasting right by the counter. I could never hear them . I asked for an iced coffee and got a frozen coffee. Last time I'm going there. Now I know why it's so empty all the time
