Nova Kitchen Restaurant and Bar

My daughter had her 18th birthday here last night with her friends and they loved it. They were very pleased with the food and customer service was awesome. We will definitely return.

Nova Restaurant absolutely knocked it out of the park—every dish we tried was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, making it clear the kitchen really knows what it's doing. On top of the amazing food, our server Kayla was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, enjoyable, and thoughtfully done. Between the incredible meal and the excellent service, Nova delivered a truly great dining experience that we can't wait to repeat.

This was only our 2nd time visiting Nova. Previous time was 3 years prior. First, the hostess and servers were nice and friendly. Here are the things that stood out to our table of 4 for a 6:30pm dinner: 1) it was very noisy. The restaurant is so wide open that every conversation going on was swirling all over. 2) our drinks, whether it was 1 drink or 3, took a very long time to get. In fact our last drink we ordered was towards the end of our meal and we still didn't receive it until after we signed and paid. 3) the food was good but all our meals came out at different times. Some food was very hot and other meals cooled off. Lastly, we ordered the chef's choice 15 sashimi plate. The presentation was nice but we had no idea what we were eating. It would have been nice if the server explained what the different cuts were. If you've never been it's still worth experiencing. The food was tasty for the most part. Maybe it was just a busy night and low on staff?

Reservation was at 715pm & didn't get seated until 810. Service was absolutely horrible & slow. Food came out quick although still a bit cold, but drinks took forever. Overall very disappointing experience. Would not recommend or go back myself.

Terrible service. Took almost 50 minutes for a drink and our food came out ice cold and was terrible.

Had a reservation yesterday and waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. The restaurant was relatively empty. Someone came to say they'll get us water. Took another 10 minutes. Food and ambience was nice but the lack of service really overshadowed everything else. It took us having to try and find someone so we could pay; another 25 minutes which was incredibly ridiculous. We were tempted to just walk out but we aren't them. Won't be coming back.

great location, great atmosphere, food amazing and wonderful selection of wine and cocktails and we had a super and professional service from Colin!!!!

Jimmy was our server and was great. The food came out at the perfect pace since we shared all items with the table. We ordered quite a few dishes for our table. The spicy tuna crispy rice and hanging bbq pork were some of our favorites. Their veggie fried rice is also so good.

Ambiance was very strange. There was a video of a log fire on an extra large tv screen however the room was painted grey and felt like I was eating in a shipping container with the black ac pipes exposed, very industrial feeling. You may want to stick to the cocktails and desserts because the filet and raw lobster was concerning. My husband ordered the lobster tail and steak and we were shocked at how undercooked this was. Appetizers were meatballs and grilled octopus. Meatballs were tender octopus was extremely bland and rubbery. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Omakase uses extremely ordinary fish like salmon and tuna. Cuts were thin and petty. Not authentic. Fusion food: pork bao and chicken bao are better than the sushi and sashimi Service is slow, but very friendly.

Food was delicious with reasonable prices for the quality. Service was slightly lacking not sure it was because I look young and am assumed to not have as much money or if my choice of clothing was a factor, but wait staff ignored me for 30 minutes while I tried to order an entree and drinks. Not the first or only restaurant to do so but did slightly sour the experience.

Great staff. Happily accommodated our request to move tables. Good humor. Explained menu well. Inside environment is very loud. Food is largely pre-made and waiting to be picked up. Good for Instagram. But not for fresh taste.

We’ve been coming to Nova Kitchen for as long as I can remember—pretty much since they first opened—and we honestly can’t rave about it enough. Everything is perfect every single time! The drinks, the food, the service… it never misses, not even a little.
I’ll admit, we like to arrive a bit early to avoid the busier, noisier hours, but the atmosphere and the food are always a 10/10 in my heart. Whether it’s a date night with my husband or a night out with my girlfriends, we always choose Nova Kitchen.
Why? Because the food is consistently incredible and always cooked to perfection. We’re big foodies and pretty picky, but Nova never disappoints. Oh, I nearly forgot, you have to try their best Lemon drop-Martinis!!

The atmosphere was fun. The food was great, especially the Double Hamachi. Would defiantly go back. Alysia was a great server. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

What a great dining experience! I cannot even begin to say how great everything was at Nova. When it comes to eating out, I am very critical. For an appetizer, I took a chance and ordered the stuffed artichoke. No one could make a stuffed artichoke like my grandmother did when I was a kid. To my surprise, it was excellent! I was so happy. Right up there with my grandmother‘s. For the main course I had the filet mignon. It was out of this world. I can’t believe I am saying this, but it was even better than many of the high-end steakhouses I have been to. Cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The staff was great, and the atmosphere was really cool. We drove an hour to get there, and I will definitely be doing it again! I can promise you you will not be disappointed if you give it a try!
