A group of 6 dined at Sage last night and what a pleasant surprise! Nice looking space, not crowded or noisy at all on a Sunday night. Drinks were good, Bread and dips hot and delish. All 6 of us really enjoyed our entrees including Shrimp tacos, swordfish, octopus, pork chop, cauliflower and mushroom pasta and risotto. Dessert sampler was perfect for all of us to have a taste and great as well. I read a few spotty reviews but we loved it. I hope it does well as it was good enough for us to revisit.

Amazing food, great service awesome time. The restaurant is very clean, decorated nicely and the waitress Angie ensured our experience was nothing but delicious. We had the teriyaki octopus , and WOW it was one of the top octopus dishes ive ever had. The main courses were salmon and skirt steak each bite better than the last and cooked to perfection. And for dessert, the chocolate pudding and ganash dish with raspberry sorbet an incredible presentation and array of flavors to keep you coming back bite after bite.

In my 25 plus years in the hospitality and several restaurant under my belt and still own few never ever heard of such thing and when I heard it from my next door Neighbour telling me this and I said no way no how and I had to see it for my self. From one restaurant owner to another and on behalf of the hospitality we don't charge for ice when they ask, we don't charge for Parmesan cheese for their pasta, we don't charge for lemons on their drinks, we don't charge when they ask for silverware or another napkins, we don't charge if they ask to put the heat up or AC, we don't charge for beans on expresso martini. A dirty martini is made with olive juice and comes with olives as garnish and for the bartender to say just so you know we charge for olives because they are bigger and we stuff them ourself. Such a great looking place with great selections of dishes and they look amazing. I still continue to come and support as I live around the corner but not all the same.

Delicious food with plenty of open tables weekdays at 6pm. I hear it’s busy weekends and needs reservations then, which I’m glad to know, otherwise I’d suspect the only way such a beautiful restaurant could stay open is as a front for the mob!

Food is just okay and the whole menu is very over priced. The happy hour prices aren’t good either. I have never been to a place where they charge you for olives in your dirty martini. $5 up charge for blue cheese olives, $3 up charge for regular olives. I’ve been several times hoping for better service but I will not be back.

I've been here several times now. Last evening was extraordinary the most delicious entree of cod I've ever experienced. The staff is so welcoming. The bar is relaxing. I love being able to watch games on the bar large screen I am also thinking about the clams oreganata which are mouth-watering probably the best ever encountered. This restaurant is a rising star in Rockland County and wellworth dining as well as relaxing here
