“Baileys BBQ is located right of 287 in the town of Blauvelt. Baileys offers outdoor and indoor seating (seasonal) but also they have a pit trailer where you can grab and go. Baileys has a diverse menu with many great sampler options. The Wings are a commonly ordered and very good. The hot wings are large and not over sauced but i believe you can order them that way. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as well which my kids enjoyed. For our entree we ordered the BBQSampler for Two. We selected the brisket, rack of ribs, pulled pork and back back ribs. Everything was fall off the bone! This was a great stop and the service was very good! Definitely a place I would return to in the future!
