We came here for a takeout order based on reviews. As restaurant patrons and West Indians, I must voice my concerns.

1. The restaurant was substandard
2. Food was not visible
3. The menu board stat d $15 for oxtail, $15 for curry goat
4. When we went to pay, we were charged $12.50. I asked why are we being charged so much, she said - Oh! Sorry the price list is wrong. I was hoping you didn’t see that. The board is going to be change by the person to do it has not come yet. We paid but the person made no attempt to honor the price visible on the price list.

5. The food was just alright. Beans were not cooked properly (still a little hard) and there were no vegetables. The plantains were so burnt and the oil and a strange taste.

It’s a shame to rate this establishment so poorly but we need businesses to be held accountable for what they serve.

Best Jamaican dishes, try the oxtail, jerk chicken , curry goat, chicken soup and especially the fish. Delicious!!!

Good Food but dang is anybody ever by the phone?! , I called 40 Mins ago and still couldn’t get anybody . Desperately needs workers.

I ordered ackee which was Served with yam, bananas, dumplings, perfectly done. Very very, very tasty. Excellent..The chicken soup As well. This whole meal was very well done. No problems at all THE AE and the sol Fish very tasty. The soup had a combination of vegetables as well as great seasoning freshly done excellent the best I have tasted in this Rockland County well done indeed..I certainly will be ordering from this restaurant in the future.

I loved the food the previous owners made and heard this was good too. I went on Grubhub and ordered pickup and arrived the 20 mins or so it said later. I arrived and I was the only one there. It was albout 1:00 pm in the afternoon. The lady finally came out of the kitchen. I told her I was here to pickup my Grubhub order. She came out and said the Grubhub was not working. It obviously worked because I was able to order. As I was waiting she was tinkering with the tablet and on my phone it magically went to “restaurant is not taking orders”. Grubhub took my money and the restaurant refused to honor it. No apologu, no offer to make the order. This place won’t last. Avoid at all costs. I’ll never go back until another new owner takes over.

I called and asked what she had left as it was already 7pm. The owner was nice enough to make us fresh plantain and the portion sizes were great. We had rice n peas, oxtail, plantains and cabbage. All was excellent. Going back to try more food!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! MY CHICKEN WAS PINK & MADE ME SICK..BEWARE RUN!!! THIS LADY IS DISGUSTING & NEED TO BUY QUALITY MEAT! ALSO MY RED VELVET CAKE HAD MOLD IN IT. SHE'S TRYING TO MAKE MONEY BUT IN THE PROCESS MAKE HER CUSTOMERS SICK.. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS..
