I ordered a chef salad and a bowl of
Chicken noodle soup, both of which were items on display.Salad was on the menu and soup was listed on the board by the door but didn’t list a price.
After a few minutes the waitress brought out an empty soup bowl and told me to go to the salad bar and get my soup, there we’re two soup containers there but neither one of them contained chicken noodle. Since I was quite hungry I settled for a hamburger noodle concoction and went back to my table. When the rest of my party got their order I was presented with an empty bowl and told to go to the salad bar and make myself a Chef salad., This salad bar contained very little in the way of Ingredients to do so , again Iaccepted what was there. When the bill arrived I asked abut the difference and asked why there were no Ingredients to fulfill my request,the waitress told me she could just charge me for the salad bar and that would be 1 dollar more. She disappeared and someone else came back to receive payment. When that person was questioned she said a Chef salad was a small side salad.
I would certainly not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We were coming in late on a Friday night for a fish fry (which was awsome) the kitchen was going to possibly be closed upon our arrival, but they still served us. Its a great place to go. The food is awsome and the atmosphere is great, especially in our small town.

We came across the place by chance, it looks standard from the outside, so we were really pleasantly surprised by the interior of the restaurant and the food! The staff was very friendly, the burgers were really, really good, the design was cool like an American diner (we are tourists, we haven't been to one before) The food was excellent. Highly recommended!!

We took our daughter back to school at nearby Houghton and needed something to eat after 9 pm. Almost every place was closed, so we searched Google and found this place. I called and they said they would keep the kitchen open for us. We drove 20 minutes there, and weren't disappointed. My wife and daughter loved their bacon cheeseburgers, and my BBQ chicken sandwich was great! We also got some toasted ravioli and soft pretzel sticks with beer cheese. Believe me when I say the soft pretzel sticks with beer cheese are absolutely incredible! 10000000% recommend this place!

If you love loud, belligerent, rude drunk people, the Bliss Bar and Grill is for you! We came in to have dinner tonight and were greeted by a table of maybe 6 people yelling to each other like they aren't sitting right next to each other. We were told to sit wherever, then sat for around 10 minutes before anyone came over to get our drink order. Finally we ordered our drinks and an appetizer and we were told that we walked in with a lot of other people so our food would take a while as a heads up... there were maybe 30 people in the dining room at most and most of which had already recieved their food/were already eating. When we finally were able to order our food, it came out around 30 minutes later without the sides that we had ordered (and were charged for) with them. But forget about asking anyone working there about it, they were no where to be seen. I would say the quickest part of our time there was the time between when we asked for boxes and the check and recieving it. Our bill was wrong but at that point we just wanted to get out of that hellscape.
Maybe if your customers are being rowdy and loud, cut them off at the bar or kick them out? I'm all for hole in the wall, dive bars but this place ain't it.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Would not recommend

Stopped on our way to Letchworth. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised! The food was great, and there were large portions! Left stuffed and didn't break the bank! A definite stop if you are heading out that way!
Parking: Huge lot, plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Had coloring books and playdough.

Stopped in after mass in Arcade, we were hungry!! We were Greeted by a nice server and seated in a table for 4. (Only 3 in our party) I had the dill ranch chicken sandwich which was delicious. Hubby had Buffalo Chicken sandwich and our guest had chicken wings. Everything was delicious, served hot. We throughly enjoyed our lunch. We recommend The Bliss Grill, it’s a sweet humble establishment but the food is next level. We will be back!!

We had a great visit for lunch with family. Our waitress was so nice to our daughter who had a lot of trouble deciding what to eat.
