It’s really a hit or miss here. I go here a lot in the mornings since it’s on my way to work. There is this one girl who is there almost every morning and she is fabulous. She’s younger, dark hair with glasses. When she makes my drinks it is always spot on and she is just so kind and has great customer service. I don’t know if she is a manager, but if she isn’t she definitely should be.
*****update- don’t ever go in the afternoon. I asked for a macchiato and I got straight creamer with a topping of espresso. It is absolutely disgusting. Train your afternoon staff and maybe have an adult supervise the kids that are working

We visit this Dunkin regularly and it's decent Staff are generally friendly, drive thru line often takes a while but I know they are chronically hiring so could be due to lack of employees.

If you ask them to customize something they may ignore what you say, have had it happen more than once. Today when I asked them to fix it the way they wanted 2 of the workers laughed at me. Poor customer service

I just went through the drive-thru And asked for a hot latte. They handed me an iced latte, and I asked them politely if they could make me a hot latte instead. In return, they handed me a cold latte in a cup that’s meant for hot coffee. Please do better.

6/20/2024. 11am. Walked in on lunch break, the guy working helped out the person in front of me at the counter and never came back for my order or even acknowledge me. So, I grabbed some gas station items instead. Please hire less lazy people.

The service quality is never the same. One day your Waiting for your order inside for more than 15 minutes other days it's 5 minutes. One day your Waiting in the drive through for your order 5 minutes, another day it's 10-15 minutes. The food quality is always good just wait time is longer than expected at times expecially for a drive through.
