This location has really improved over the past year. People are very friendly, the in-stock is so much better than a year ago. I use the Dunkin Donuts mobile app almost daily and a year ago everyday there was something missing from my order. It's rare now to have to alter my order.They currently are a test store for a breakfast empanada. In my opinion this is the best product that Dunkin Donuts has put out in a very long time. Easy to eat on the go, unlike the Taco. Has great flavor. The filling is the right amount and there is everything that's supposed to be in there. If Dunkin Donuts doesn't make these available as a regular menu item, I'll be very disappointed.

I have been going to this location for several years now and the customer service is fine and as you would expect the coffee is inconsistent at times but I have never had any real problems until today. I ordered the same coffee I do every time I go there, only this time when I took a sip I swallowed something hard. After further inspection there was bits of plastic in the bottom of my drink. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

Very hit or miss — don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. Except sometimes that means don’t expect coffee, as they’ll refuse to brew it if they feel it won’t be used; don’t expect certain types of donuts, as sometimes they’ll just have a tray of 14 old fashioned sitting on the counter and shrug when you ask if they have more; don’t expect speedy service after 10am, as they seem generally uninterested. But when they’re good, they’re good! And some of the people that work there are as kind as the ones who are disinterested are checked out. Always an adventure and a mystery — will you be disappointed?! Nobody knows. ?

This is a great gas station and Dunkin combo. The cashier's are friendly at both places. The coffee, and the food are always good at Dunkin, and it's convenient location in-between Victor and Canandaigua there open until 10 pm.
absolutely terrible and unacceptable service. i waited at the counter for around five/six minutes while the employees where in the back corner laughing and giggling. very unprofessional. if you are not willing to do you job then quit. they saw i was waiting there and continued to ignore me.
