Waited 40 minutes for 2 medium burgers to come out even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Then one burger came out with multiple long black hairs in the burger and on the onions. Then didn't even give or offer a discount.

The food was so good like so good. It is a bit expensive but oh it is very much worth it

We have been by Mugsy's quite a few times, so today we stop and had lunch, we were not disappointed, the food was delicious and the waitress was friendly... We will be back!!!

Got take out fish fry today, have never eaten or had take out here before. Food was good, large portion of fish and good size portion of fries. Small condiment cup of coleslaw. No beef with the quality of food, but I have a huge problem with the automatic gratuity!! It's take out, you didn't serve me, clean my dirty dishes, bring my drink or clean up after me. I understand the +.50 to cover the take out box but get real if I'm going to pay a gratuity I'd have eaten in and been served. A gratuity is for good service rendered, it's a rip off plain and simple. That is the reason for the 1 star review

Just enjoyed an excellent burger and fish sandwiches here at Mugsy’s! The pickle burger is outstanding!!! The server was very pleasant and the bathroom was clean.

But be careful when leaving my wife fell down when going out through door of restaurant theres quite a step down

Went there after my kids soccer game and took quite a long time to get a meal. Walked in around 7:15pm and didn't leave until about 9pm. That's a really hard time for kids to wait for their dinner and there was nothing to help occupy them. Once we received our meals the food was ok.

Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. Sure they have kids meals but nothing to help occupy their minds.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner 4/11/24 the entire staff was extremely friendly the food was terrific. A special shout out to our waitress (apologies I can’t remember her name) but she was awesome.

I have probably left a review before but my family just loves this restaurant! It's family owned by Bloomfield residents and BCSD graduate! All the food is home made and fresh! It's our go to place in Bloomfield. The atmosphere is very family friendly. There is a separate side for bar fare that is nicely decorated with tvs and games. No matter what side you dine in the service is great! I had a mango margarita and it was made perfect! My husband had a black Russian that the owner didn't know how to make but my husband hold him and he made it perfect for him! I tried a shroomie melt that had mushrooms, roasted red peppers, onions and cheese. Very tasty! My husband got the angry plate ( their garbage plate) he loves this and gets it every time! This is a place to check out if you have never been there and are looking for a good meal. Don't expect food to come out quick because everything is made to order not pre made so fresh every time, and it's worth the wait. You won't be disappointed!
