I've never felt the need to write a bad review more than once but for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to try this location one more time and I should have known it would be disgusting. The coffee was gross and watery, I threw it out before I even left the store. First they gave me the wrong donut then when I asked for the right one it was stale with no glaze on it at all. Christmas Eve walk in doors open lights on people working I was told they were closed they wouldn't give me a cuppa tea my back is killing me working all day just needed a drink refused to give me a cup of tea what a crock I guess they don't celebrate Christmas or care

we ordered a coffee on the app at 7:40 pm. got there at 7:45 the girls would NOT make coffee because it was too close to closing time. they wouldn't make more coffee. She said they were closing in 10 min. that is poor customer service. They couldn't make a new pot of coffee ? she didn't refund money. I plan to speak with the manager.
