Stopped by while I was getting my car fixed, just had a Diet Coke and some fries to pass the time, but the waitress kinda looked at me like I was a bum or something for just ordering fries and not a full meal. Then I went to pay and sometimes my card works better with the regular tap chip reader instead of the insert chip reader. The waitress opted for the insert and it worked the second time but she made a remark when I asked if the insert chip reader worked like ,”Why do you not have money?” That kinda annoyed me. The fries were fine. Felt like the type of place that treats you weird if you’re not a regular/local.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. First and foremost, the woman who appears to own the place is extremely nasty. The food has gone down hill over the last few years. If they ask how your meal was, and you tell them the truth, she gets extremely nasty and offensive. If that’s the case, don’t ask if people liked their meal or how it was. What a shame! Will not be back!

The blue point is a classic and cozy American diner, but the prices reduce it to four stars. Traditionally diners should be places where a working person can grab coffee and breakfast multiple times a week without breaking the bank, but as of 2024 two people with tip could run over 40$ here.
