Why does this coffee no matter what time of day you go always taste burnt or like chemicals this location sucks

Rude staff that never acknowledges you. There was a woman who was clearly strung out on the steps, and her “supplier” was with her. They did not purchase anything but rather was using Dunkin’ to charge their phone. Not one word was said to them, children were close by riding their bikes. And the staff? They do not care lol they just let it all go down. Also, the wrap around drive thru was not a smart idea, as you will get trapped in the parking lot if there is a long line(which there usually always is) They should’ve left this Dunkin where it was 🤦🏼♀️

Awful customer service. Drive thru is so slow. Even pick up orders take FOREVER! Long awaited opening. Very disappointed !!!
