Glad I finally found a good local Dunkin. The one on Waverly in Patchogue is a hot mess. This one was clean and food was made pretty quick (even with a new person on the register). Definitely coming back!

Ordered a cinnamon roll with my coffee only to find out when I picked up they had no more cinnamon rolls. I feel when an item runs out, it should be deleted as an option through mobile orders, but that would be too easy. I got a corn muffin instead, but paid extra money for it as it was not an equal substitute and of course they do not give you the difference.

Slow only 1 worker taking register orders, plus extremely rude. How do you have no staff working and a like of 14 people waiting. what a joke

Great dounts but never open on time in the am. Somtimes not until 5:15. Staff stays inside and ignores you knocking. Can't wait around all morning
