Got a Sausage Egg McMuffin & Hashbrown from doordash cause, holiday party hangover.
That sandwich is, BY FAR the best Sausage Egg McMuffin I've ever had from any McDonald's, and I used to work at one 30+ years ago. It tasted fresh and almost like a fancy breakfast place would serve. The Hashbrown was also top tier - not greasy, crunchy and hit the spot in the best way possible, especially once I put it in the sandwich.
I will 100000000% be getting McDonald's breakfast now more often, but from just this location. Corporate should mimic whatever it is this store does for every other franchise.

Every single time I have come here there could be nobody online and I always have to wait for the food I always have to go to the next window and wait for the food and then they always forget something in the bag by the time I get home this is one of the worst McDonald's

We are not surprised to see all the negative reviews. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and got a single quarter pounder, and was charged for a double.$$ Unacceptable. It seems people should just go to a different McDonald's as this one has been too frequent with service blunders. This was not the first time.

The staff is always so nice and polite. However, the food is hit or miss. Tonight around noon 10pm, I only got an order of fries and a drink - and the fries I got definitely were old because they tasted stale and old and cold. Had to be a few hours old (I’ve eaten hours old fries once in my life don’t judge me lol)

Orders are consistently wrong and the drive-through experience is especially frustrating. Staff ignore vehicles in line, causing unnecessary delays and stress for customers. It often seems an employees are either not properly trained or are struggling with communication which significantly impacts the ordering process the overall service quality at this location falls far below what I expect from any McDonald’s Unfortunately it’s reached the point where I feel compelled to share this experience to warn others in the area, I generally hope McDonald’s takes Swift action to address these problems or close this location
The manager was not polite at all and food was amazing but was horrible service and as a fast food manager of 3 years and ongoing I would be embarrassed to call this my store manager on duty seemed like he just started and dosent know how to handle his job and it isn’t hard and he definitely couldn’t handle that rush

i came to this mcdonald’s and the service was horrible. i only got half of my food that i ordered just to find out he didn’t put in the other half of my order. i didn’t get his name but he seemed very annoyed that i was upset. i will definitely not be returning to this mcdonald’s again

One of the most high quality McDonalds on the island. They just opened but I hope they the quality remains the same. Went inside recently and frustrated with the amount of screens that are used to replace the cash register. Overall it’s annoying to use and difficult at times.

No matter what i order I always have to wait , whatever happened to macdonalds being mediocre food fast . It's become overpriced mediocre food at best that between the price and wait you could go to the diner and spend less time and money
