Applebee's Grill + Bar

I eat here regularly. The waiters/bartender are always super nice. I feel the food quality is better at this location than the others. However today we did a to go order and all of my brocolli is rotten. I hope they aren't going downhill like everywhere else.

Sunday afternoon and we stopped in for a bite. Our server Charlie was very busy but did an awesome job. The food was really good. My dish pasta arrived hot and perfectly cooked. My wife's steak was tender and well seasoned. Very good experience

This is hands down the BEST Applebees in America! I’ve been coming here for years and the staff are very kind and friendly. They know me by name and treat me like family. I will only come to this Applebees location because of them! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

The food was good and the restaurant was clean service was okay they weren’t too busy but charged me for 3 refills of tea was like 9$ on top of my meal that was annoying so I only left a 3$ tip because my meal was about 25$. Food was great tho.

The food was typical Applebee's. Exactly as expected. The location was basically empty only a few tables had customers, but the service was SLOW. The server was polite but it took forever to get anything. One member of our group ordered the mix and match all you can eat and it was almost as if they were trying to bring his food as slow as possible.

Ordered from uber eats , and I am at my granddaughter‘s dress rehearsal. We did not get all of our food and did not get utensils to be able to eat the food we did get. That’s not uber eats fault, it’s the incompetent server from Applebee’s.
Very upset that my grandchildren cannot even eat their food .

Had to wait 30 minutes for a table when it was literally no body there. Also the person who did the service sneakily adding an 18% tip and then requesting more. The way that the guy asked for it was not the right way. NEVER CONING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

We waited for 45 minutes and got all of our apps before we even got our drinks. The poor bartender, our server, was running around trying to help all his tables and the bar while also dealing with angry customers yelling at him. The manager was nowhere to be found. The bartender really could have used a helping hand and especially could have used the help of a manger when the guests were yelling at each other and him. The manager on duty was Luis and when I spoke with him he didn’t seem to care and his excuse was “he was helping make sure the food came out.” Which was ironic considering the food was also extremely slow too! Who knows what the hell he was really doing. He just kept saying sorry and making excuses instead of asking what we needed and helping the bartender get it to us. Very disappointing.

Crystal A is the nicest server ever!! I tried boneless wings for the first time and she asked what kind of sauce. I had no idea. Brought me all of them on the side. Tolerated my mild over sharing and accepted my high five offer. Give her a raise now!!!
