I love this places' bagels and go here anytime I get local bagels, love them.
However, everything I order online, they mess it up or overcharge. Today's latest example, I got a bacon, egg and cheese and paid for extra sausage, 2.50 more, and all i got was a sausage, egg and cheese. Third time something like this happened ordering online.

One of my favorite bagel stores in Suffolk! The veggie cream cheese is amazing as well as their cinnamon raisin bagels, egg onion and bialys. From 2- close it's half off a dz!

Husband’s order was two basic bagels. Woman behind the counter literally forgot about the order. Bagels were asked to be lightly buttered and cream cheese - and neither were. If we weren’t in a rush, and going to be away from food source for several hours, we would have just left. Will NOT be returning.
