So, the food I purchased at this Burger King was very good. However, after using the drive through window, I experienced a very negative result while attempting to use the coupon I had on my phone. Eventually, after reading back the coupon code on my phone to the drive through person, 6 times, I decided it was not worth the 2 dollars, and something cents, that I should have saved with the coupon, and instead just decided to pay the full price of the meal $9 dollars, instead of the $6.99 I should have paid with the coupon. Once I reached the window to pay what I owed, I made it very clear to the young lady at the window, that under no circumstances would I ever come back, to purchase anything from this Burger King location, under any circumstances ever again, no matter what. Very very disappointing!!!!

I went to the drive thru on Friday night and tried to place my order. I told the operator what I wanted and said I had a coupon for the order. She tried to ask me what was the code on the coupon. I asked nicely to repeat what was she trying to say 3 times, and after the third time I said to speak English! She said she was , but clearly didn't know the words she was looking for in the English language. She then told me she wasn't serving me and walked away from the serving area. I tried to go inside to complain to a manager but the doors were locked at that time..I think this was totally unacceptable and think this employee should be fired. I will follow up and return to the location when the doors are open to speak with a manager. I hope this will be reviewed and disciplinary actions will follow. Disgruntled customer

On a Tuesday in the evening for dinner, I went to Burger King to buy dinner for my family and a Hispanic women, I think her name is Rosalin and her personality is beautiful, she took my order perfectly and everything was beautifully organized, it was super clean, I was impressed at the sighting before my eyes, five stars would recommend, I loved my experience!
