Not impressed…tried the Italian panini and the fried chicken, ham and melted swiss on a roll. The chicken is not seasoned…no salt or pepper, not brined or marinated. It’s heated in a microwave too long. Not enough balsamic or honey mustard. The panini bread tasted slightly burnt. Wifi requires a password…why?!? $20 for one sandwich, snapple and Lays chips…not worth it!

I visit this place for the past 18 years, love cooky’s, quick service, nice portions and friendly staff.
Well today my review changed, this are the portions in a already reduce serving to go tray Shame, greed is all over Us. A watery sauce, I know the picture don’t justified but believe me portions are smaller. I guess is their Saturday special, com eat here and leave hungry just 11,75 one entry and 2 sides, come one cookies you better than this.

Called ahead to place my order thinking it would save me time. First of all, the woman on the phone didn’t even tell me how long it would be. I gave them 25 mins to prepare 2 sandwiches and still had to wait on my food and they still got my order wrong. Over priced and not good food, soggy cheap bread as well.

Skimpy sandwich for $9.50 I ordered a simple grilled cheese with ham on rye. Too much cheese and one slice(thin) of ham.the bread was soggy with butter.

This place make perfect egg sandwiches and lunch sandwiches and heroes.. that being said they are selling Cookys cookies at the counter. They're kinda big like 5" qtr lbers but Ive had much bigger cookies online at 6" half lbers .. bad news is they're $7.50 each!!! The ones online range from 5-7$.. and she tried to tell me "the price ain't bad you'll be like omg sooo good!" Not at that price I wont.. BTW 711 sellls GREAT qtr lb 5" cookies 2 FOR 1$!!! with the app. Cmon guys. Lower that BS price. You disappointed s customer f 25years
