I just came out of the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lakeland Avenue and what a horrible experience on Thanksgiving morning. The guy couldn’t even speak English. He put the wrong donuts in my box. I had to tell him five times the donuts I wanted because he Didn’t understand English. Then I go to leave and get in my car and realized I’m missing two muffins then I had to go back in again. What a horrible experience. It just really frustrates me that incorporation can hire people that...

I came to dunkin in a rush due to being late from work and these wonderful ladies helped me so quick and were so kind. Drink tasted amazing and my hash browns were so crispy which I loved! Those donuts were also so fresh!
