Ordered an iced latte w oat milk. Was sour. I asked for a replacement w almond milk instead. Worker, I think he was the manager, was unbelievably rude and insisted the oat milk wasn’t sour and proceeded to argue with me. I will never go back in there again.

There was a language barrier with me and the lady at the register who took my order. She put my order in wrong with the coffee the way I wanted it and then she messed up on my donuts. I just spoke to the manager. He was very kind. Everyone that works there is very nice. It’s just very hard to understand the lady at the register and she obviously didn’t understand me either.

I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.
Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.

I spoke with the store manager Haq. He personally served me and I have to say it was a better experience than American Express or Apple the quality of service. I would have to give a10.He even offered a dozen donuts for free for me to take back to my job for the rest of my employees. The way he spoke to me I have to say it was unbelievable and made me feel like the good all days. Dunkin’ Donuts, please notice that you have such an amazing manager. This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Please go there!!!! 10 stars ⭐️

I asked for decaf and they made it regular so when I asked to remake it with decaf they wanted me to pay for a new coffee. Also a different time our door dash order was taken and they wouldn't remake it. No thanks I'll give a different Dunkin my business.
