This dunkin' donuts is horrible they must reuse the same coffee beans cuz every single time I come here no matter what time of day it is the coffee is so weak and it tastes weird

It’s been third time they are doing my order wrong it’s simple and easy. I’m saying one cream and one sugar. But they don’t give what I want not coming here again.

Ordered an iced latte w oat milk. Was sour. I asked for a replacement w almond milk instead. Worker, I think he was the manager, was unbelievably rude and insisted the oat milk wasn’t sour and proceeded to argue with me. I will never go back in there again.

Had a late breakfast with the fiancé, croissants with bacon, egg & cheese... and they were better than I expected! The staff were friendly & personable. Lastly, the machiatto we shared was good as well. ?
There was a language barrier with me and the lady at the register who took my order. She put my order in wrong with the coffee the way I wanted it and then she messed up on my donuts. I just spoke to the manager. He was very kind. Everyone that works there is very nice. It’s just very hard to understand the lady at the register and she obviously didn’t understand me either.

I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.
Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.
